Nice to stay

The place it was nice to stay and the area super quiet and relaxing. The place needs a lot update the tvs are small. The internet wasn’t as fast as the other places we been. The fridge handle was so loose almost broken hard to open. The towels had bed smell need new towels. Overall it wasn’t horrible the stay was nice and wasn’t expensive at all but could use a little update.

Worth the price

Nice condo. Worth the price for what we paid.Small amount of mold on shower curtain in main bathroom and moisture ants in main bathroom. Told property manager about this.Roomy, easy access to pool, pool area quiet during the day for the most part. Unit didn’t have dishsoap, dishwasher soap, ran out of toilet paper and no extra in storage areas. We are out for the most part so wasn’t a big deal for us.Daytime construction was going on at the unit next door to our. It was a little loud with the tools/radio of workers.Quick drive to WDW and other tourist destinations (springs, museums) 1-2 hour drive. Grocery store close (2 minute drive).

Best place I've stayed! Great lovation for northeast rec park (NERP) or even lake myrtle sports park

The space is amazing. Pool is in the middle of the property. Has everything you need. Right behind publix as well. Super comfortable for up to 4 people.

Our Stay

Location was awesome with view of pool. A really nice place. Only negatives were one showers had mold on shower curtain and other shower had mold below shower door. Nothing that a little shower cleaner cant fix.

Very pleased with our stay. Condo was exactly as pictures showed on VRBO. The complex was very nice and very close to all attactions we visited. Would highly recommend Enjoyed our week here on our Disney Vacation! Thank you! visQouls definitely stay again!

Disney getaway

We loved this property, great location (20 minute drive to parks), clean, beautiful view and easy to get in and out of. Host stayed in contact and guided the process of check in/out. Would highly recommend.

Nice quiet place.

Had a nice stay, quiet and clean and relaxing. We arrived late at night and had no issues. Fun stay. A bit of a drive to Universal but that was expected.

Perfect for off property Disney stay

Short drive to Disney. Very clean and quiet complex. Pool was well maintained and perfect for a relaxing day. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for a family of 4

Check in and communication with both host and property management was excellent. We were grateful for the bbq utensils and the great lanai to enjoy our morning coffee.

Not that “close” to Disney

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, well maintained, and safe. However, our biggest complaint was this property was not as close to Disney as we wanted. It took us approximately 30-45 minutes anytime we wanted to get to Disney or Universal properties. The distance from the parks was our biggest complaint, as this was listed being close to Disney.

Great golf trip

We booked here because it was located near all the golf courses my husband and I were playing on our golf trip. The unit was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals. Although it was a bit chilly for us to use the pool, we did use the fitness center which had some weight machines and free weights for our workouts. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment, had everything we needed. Owner Ryan was quick to answer any questions we had prior to arrival. Good sized pool, nice gym. Would definitely come back

Good for Family

We stayed here with our two kids and it worked out perfectly. It's about 30 minutes from the parks. We didn't use any of the amenities like the pool since we were at the parks all day. The unit was clean.

Great stay

The apartment was great, nice and clean with everything we needed. Around 30 minutes drive to Disney and 40 minutes drive to universal.

Exactly what was described

Great location on RT27. Publix supermarket is right out side the complex. The pool and buildings were quiet for our stay. The biggest issue we had for our stay was getting in late and having no paper towels or toilet paper and a small one inch bar of soap.
