Nice place for short stay !

We had a comfortable stay at this property. Very close the the attractions like Japanese tea garden, San Francisco botanical garden, Golden Gate Park etc. was very convenient to visit all of the places.

Great location, we were comfortable the entire time. Forced to not use the TV cause someone was still logged in from a previous stay. The neighbor called the parking patrol because they claimed we blocked their driveway. So beware of the neighbors if you have a bigger car and need to park on the street. Other than that, the place and owner were great.

The place was exactly as stated, and wonderful for our stay. Great hosting. Only complaint is the terrible ongoing malfunction of the VRBO website payment process!!

Everything we needed.

Though in the Outer Sunset it was near good transportation (48, 29, L) and we found it an easy base from which to wander. Thanks for sharing!

The studio is clean, organized, with funky decor. It's a bit noisy at night with the washer/dryer right outside, and the upper floor resident walking around. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is adequate. Bathroom is small with a beautiful large shower. Morning and evening had a wafting of weed smell. All in all, a pleasant base to visit SF.

Inaccuracies in listing description !!

Many descriptions were inaccurate. There is no full fridge (small dorm style is more like it), there is no "galley style kitchen", it's a bar with a coffee maker and toaster. There is no dishwasher, no fireplace. no office/work space. There are no "guests" upstairs, it is the onsite owner. There is no "private access". When you arrive you walk through their entry way, their garage, and their backroom where you find a secure entrance to the rental space. Let's be clear: this is a room in someone's basement. Backyard was a mess and not inviting- clearly it was used by the upstairs owners. There was no place to store our clothes (bureau?) no clothes hangers or a place to hang anything. And the kitchen had one fork. We had to go out and get a second fork! One teaspoon and one tablespoon. OK, so the good things? parking space, quiet location, quick response from property management (HostWell) when outside lock malfunctioned, nice towels and linens. Advice: be accurate in your description of the property!

We had a very nice time staying here in San Francisco! Pros:-The location was convenient (if you have a car or take public transit), quiet, safe and charming. -The room was clean and quaint with plenty of towels, cups and cutlery.-The wi-fi and TV worked great and were consistent the entire trip.-Laundry was a nice touch right outside of the unit.-Parking was available (with a caveat below).Cons:-The bathroom and shower left something to be desired. The hot water was inconsistent and the pressure was low. We weren’t looking for a hotel-level experience but we were disappointed.-Parking was available but wasn’t open to us right away without messaging our host (who did take care of this!)-I could be mistaken, but I don’t believe this was advertised as a “Guest Unit” within a home. We were a bit confused when others were coming in and out of the property above us as we didn’t expect that.-The outdoor area needs clean-up and tidying up to be actually useful. The grill was uncovered and much of the furniture was breaking or very dirty. Overall we are quite happy with our time here and would recommend it with those caveats!

Long weekend in San Francisco

Great efficiency for our needs. It was clean and spacious, even had a selection of teas which we enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Visiting my daughter

Nice clean place and less than a 5 minute walk to my daughters house which was an added bonus! Only problem we had was accessing the property. Who ever I spoke with at the property agency the owner uses was very rude but we eventually got in and had a great stay. Would definitely stay again a dm recommend! Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

Just the necessities.

The property was clean and in working order. Combination didn’t work on the door at first but, with one quick phone call that was remedied. Does not have a full kitchen but, it does have toaster oven and microwave. Overall a fine place to stay in the city.

So much better than a hotel

Great place, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and hassle free. It was easy to catch an Uber to get anywhere we wanted to go but there were also plenty of destinations within walking distance. Apple TV was great but needed to be reset regularly or it would drop it's network connection but that's not a big deal. Overall we had a great time and stay.

Affordable San Francisco studio

We needed a family friendly and affordable place to anchor our San Francisco stay. We had more than enough room in addition to the refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and microwave. The neighborhood was nice having many family run restaurants, bakeries & coffee shops within walking distance. Two of our favorites were King of Dumpling and Restaurante Marcello. It was very easy to navigate around town once you figured out where the 280 and 19th Ave./ Highway 1 went. Would rent again.

Perfect spot for my needs while I was in the city

Very clean, plenty of room for me, WiFi worked well and though there was a TV, I didn’t use it. Additionally, I forgot my laptop at the property and the manager was kind enough to facilitate getting it shipped back to me. Very happy with my stay here.
