Great place near plenty of restaurants and coffee shops! Very clean and we really appreciated all the details that showed thoughtfulness by the owners (shampoo/conditioner, lotion, ear plugs, etc.). Great place in a safe neighborhood near West Portal/St Francis area. Greg was very communicative and flexible. We had all the basics that we needed and everything worked as it should. Layout of the apartment was unique and there was plenty of closet space, even a walk in closet in the bedroom! Backyard not really conducive outdoor dining but it was cold out anyway. The hosts were kind enough to even fold our laundry! I would highly recommend.

The lower level unit is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy street parking. You do have to take about 20 small steps down. This may be an inconvenience if you have mobility issues. We felt instantly comfortable & at home with the space. It's very clean & well equipped.
