This apartment existed on another Short Term Rental for 6 years and has 300+ five stars reviews.
Elegant and spacious private 1BR/1BA suite on the 1st floor in a two-story house. We live on a second floor and always ready to help.
Private entrance to the apartment.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Free and fast Wi-Fi.
Washer and dryer you can use for free.
Quiet neighborhood.
Serene garden.
UNRESTRICTED, FREE and easy parking.
10 min walk to West Portal subway station (MUNI). 15 min ride to downtown, 5 min to major freeways. 15-20 minutes to San Francisco airport . Bus #43 on the corner, goes to Fort Mason.
West Portal Avenue has lots of great restaurants.

Great location, easy jump off for all attractions. Parking was never an issies, almost right outside every evening. Very comfy beds and pillows. Well equiped kitchen with a few basics. Would definitely book aqgain.

Just returned from a week's stay at this lovely apartment. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. We didn't need a car as easy access to city by bus as bus stop was a stone's throw from apartment. Would highly recommend if staying in San Francisco. Great hosts too.

We spent two weeks at Gregory and Irina’s apartment and for us it was an ideal experience. Parking is always difficult in San Francisco, but we always found a spot right outside the house. Check in was extremely easy. (Just be aware that there are steep stairs leading down to the door.) The kitchen was fully equipped, and all appliances worked well. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and it was nice to have an en-suite bathroom in the bedroom. Access to a washer and dryer really helped for our longer stay. Questions were immediately answered. We liked that the neighborhood of West Portal was close by.

Had a very nice time. Quiet street and parking available. Host was communicative prior to trip. Only thing to say is that the bed is very close to the floor.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The landlord lives with his family on the 1st floor. A very nice family. Everything was very nice. We were always asked if everything is ok or if we need something. The apartment is well equipped and clean. When we go back to San Francisco we are happy to come back to the apartment. Great was that could park for free. Also the environment was very pleasant, quiet and clean. Thank you for everything. Marcel & Thorsten

This flat is very comfortable, well equipped and located in a very nice and quiet area. I loved the possibility to run every morning in the park on the Mount Davidson offering a fantastic view on San Francisco. I recommend it 100%

Great location

We had an excellent visit to the city for both a concert as well as giants game. Great location and easy to get to off a main freeway. Would stay here again for sure.

Cool place to stay.

We stayed there for 4 days. Place is closed for any landmarks if you have a car. Ther is no a problem to find a parking.

Great place in a safe neighborhood

Everything about our stay here was great! It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was in a nice safe neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Parking right in front of the house was always available and it was an easy drive to San Francisco. Would definitely stay here again!
