A peaceful living room offers a queen sofa bed, creating extra space to relax or accommodate more guests. With air conditioning and heating, comfort is guaranteed no matter the season. This lovely home invites you to unwind and enjoy your time away in a heated pool, a hot tub or just fishing and kayaking the area. Enjoy family time with our pool table or show your skills playing arcade games and corn hole. Also, enjoy the barbeque area with a large grill and lounge chairs. Bring your boat and enjoy Charlotte Harbor !This property can accommodate up to 7 people. The property has two front cameras(one door ring camera and another one towards the drive way) and one more camera on the back towards the courtyard and gazebo area. Do not dive or swim in the canal. No unauthorized/unregister visitors without prior approval from the host. Cover hot tub after use. 7 people maximum
Quiet hours between 8pm and 7am. The garage is only used for storage ,not cars allowed. No parties or events or disturbing neighbors

Loved the property and the experience with it. Clean and comfortable with well-thought-out details mafe this such a nice home. Loved the fishing at the canal and the pool with hot tub. Very good host with easy check in. Will stay again!
