Whoa Nelly! A Big, Beautiful House Across the Street from the Track....

Big 5 Bedroom, 5 Bath. One block to the Race Track.

The Nelly is across the street from the clubhouse entrance to the Saratoga Race Course. If you would like to park the car and walk to the Track, Siro's, Pennell's, Brook Tavern, Horseshoe, even King's- this is the house for you. Less than one mile from Congress Park, you can walk, bike, or take the free trolley to town.

With 5 bedrooms, a beautiful eat-in kitchen (big enough for ten), and an outdoor kitchen patio, large enough for everyone to enjoy dining al fresco; this is the house for you. We have updated the kitchen and bathrooms, and added extra comfy couches to the basement, which sports a large Tv for movie nights (or PlayStation marathons).

This is the house for you if you want the space, convenience and luxury of being across the street from the Track without sacrificing a thing. We are pet friendly, and can comfortably sleep ten(10) We are child friendly and a pack-n-play, but the house is not childproof. Of the Nelly's five(5) Bedrooms, three(3) have their own ensuite. We have central air-conditioning and two back bedrooms have additional wall units. From the beautifully restored front porch straight through to the backyard, The Nelly is large enough to be comfortable but designed to feel inviting and connected.

The main floor has been updated to be wheelchair accessible with one seamless level for anyone who does not do stairs. We have a main floor Master with ensuite, that has been contoured for easy access. Large enough to comfortably get in and out of, and grab bars for extra help and support. It is elegantly done and understated so as to not be inconvenient or bulky.

The Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel GE appliances along with anything else one may need to cook a chef's meal before comfortably sitting down to our large dining table. Enjoy preparing any and all your meals on our beautiful new counter tops.

The finished Basement comes loaded with a 60in Tv and double couches for everyone to relax and enjoy. It's a great place to retire to for a quiet night on the couch with a movie and a merlot. One couch is an American Leather queen sleeper with gel mattress.

In all, we have tried to create a comfortable and stylish home for our guests to enjoy.

We enjoy hosting and having people enjoy our home responsibly. We do not want parties, or boozy gatherings taxing our house and our neighbors patience.
This house is meant for responsible adults who will not treat the house like a Vegas hotel. Please understand, we live here off-season.
