Welcome to Aarovan - a beautiful cabin nestled among dogwoods and ready to be your home base for your next Sierra getaway. Enjoy total privacy and relaxation with the whole family, pets included! Step into the light-filled home and gather in the great room, featuring a floor-to-ceiling slate fireplace wall and beamed ceilings. Just off the great room is a cozy sitting area that leads to the fully enclosed hot tub room, perfect for year-round enjoyment. Continue on to the fully stocked kitchen with breakfast nook, followed by the spacious formal dining area with plenty of room for everyone. A laundry room and full bathroom complete the main level. Upstairs, you’ll find the loft, three bedrooms (including the primary suite), and another full bathroom. The game room - located downstairs of the attached garage - offers darts and a foosball table for added fun. Outside, the large deck is ideal for lounging or stargazing. You’ll also be close to top local attractions including the Arnold Rim Trail, White Pines Lake, Calaveras Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley Ski Resort, and the charming town of Murphys. Your next vacation awaits at Aarovan!

Aarovan sleeps 11 guests in 3 bedrooms plus the loft and there are 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Bedroom 1 is the primary suite with a King bed and Twin bed, gas log stove, and its own full bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a Bunk Bed (2 queens) and a Full futon. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. The loft has a Twin day bed. The second full bathroom is located upstairs with tub. The laundry room/3rd full bathroom with shower is on the main floor.
