Brand new house (2018) with over 3000sq feet of living space. 2, 2 bedroom Units (upper and lower) with a loft above the garage (with bathroom, and mini fridge). 3 separate living spaces makes this executive property perfect for multiple families.
2 Queen bedrooms, 1 full bath located in the lower suite.
1 Queen Bedroom,1 bathroom with shower (no tub) in loft above garage
1 Queen Bedroom, Master Ensuite with shower and Powder room in the Upper suite
1 Bedroom with 2 double beds in upper suite
.Essentials provided - sheets, towels, beach towels.
Heating and air conditioning.

Both Lower and Upper units have fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher.

Great spot, bigger than I expected which meant all ten of us would gather for dining and socializing in the upstairs unit. A few small issues were promptly dealt with by the property manager.

Location, View & Family Friendly

Excellent spot for our four generations - family of 10 ages 2 - 82 šŸ˜€. An accessible home, with space to gather collectively or in smaller family units. The loft offers a comfortable escape. Close to Boardwalk, prime beaches, and local attractions. Walking distance to delicious outdoor dining options. Very quick & accurate responses from property manager & host. An amazing North Rustico stay.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing family holiday in North Rustico. The Property was well equipped and great location close to restaurants, North Rustico Beach, hiking/ biking trails, local fish market, deep sea fishing, etc etc. We spent a day with our kids at both the sandspit and shinning waters which was 10 minutes away in cavendish. My biggest regret is not taking my kayaks as the North Rustico harbour would be perfect to launch and enjoy a day on the water. (However you can rent kayaks just up the road) We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will be back in 2023

- Great location, close to bike trails and local cafe. Short drive to Cavendish. - modern space and well-organized. - one bedroom is isolated from the others; great for privacy.

Excellent accommodations!!

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and we couldnā€™t be happier with the property. A beautiful view of the harbour, a nice quiet street for the kids to ride their bikes, minutes from the beach and lovely restaurants. The house was so clean and tidy, very comfortable beds and lots of space for our group. Weā€™d love to make this an annual rental!

Spectacular Property

The owners thought of absolutely everything you would need. Just bring your clothes and get ready to relax. Perfect location for beaches, walking and dinner out. Also so clean!! We would highly recommend this property and will return.

Great vacation spot!

We loved our stay! The property itself is wonderful - lots of space, clean, great decor, and fully stocked. The view from the covered deck is great! The location was also perfect. It was a short stroll on the board walk to delicious restaurants, beautiful beaches, and a nice playground. Trent and Debby were attentive, kind hosts and were able to make good recommendations on the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back again!

Fantastic!

This is a beautiful home and property. It is located close to the beach, a boardwalk by the water and is on a quiet road. The suite has every amenity, is very clean and well maintained. It has a spacious living space, very comfortable beds and an awesome outdoor deck area for relaxing with beautiful views. We had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon!

Perfect honeymoon location

Loved this place. The location is perfect, very quiet but less than a minute's walk from a picturesque boardwalk that takes you to the nearby harbor and restaurants in one direction and beautiful beach in the other. Amazing hosts, extremely well furnished, luxurious appartment. I've stayed at many places on PEI over the years and it doesn't get much better than this!

Location, comfort, worth a longer stay

Well equipped, beautifully finished, comfortable. Fire pit, bbq, lobster pot, well stocked kitchen, beach towels - just a few of the extras you get at the Olney House. And a great location for exploring PEI, or just relaxing and staying local. Debby and Trent are responsive, friendly, accommodating, good recommendations and advice for restaurants and entertainment; they are excellent hosts. They have thought of things that you wouldnā€™t have. Great deck to sit on and enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon/evening beverage. Walk to the beach, along the boardwalk, to town, to the Blue Mussel cafe. A perfect location. This is a true 5 star property.

Come here and stay!

This accomodation is wonderful. Spotlessly clean. Top of the line everything! We drove away this morning feeling like we were leaving family and our home behind! Debby and Trent took great care of us with suggestions for things to do and guidance for the most important hour of the day...DINNER! My husband and I at this phase of our life are approaching our travels with this motto ā€œ do less ,see moreā€. PEI is the perfect place to do this. The pace here on this island is just what we were looking for. Thanks yā€™all....

Absolutely Beautiful!

Trent was very hospitable and laid back. He had good recommendations for Fall touring as traffic slows down a bit. We have visited PEI many times before in the summer but were looking forward to seeing the colours that Fall has to offer. Trent and Debbieā€™s home was perfect for this time of year as it was cozy to stay in in the evenings and relax. Lovely, lovely home and very clean!

Home away from home in PEI

The Olneys rent the bottom 2 bedroom living unit of their home near the North Rustico harbor. It is spacious, new, high tech, and convenient to all areas of Prince Edward Island while at the same time it is comfortable and homey. We felt like we were at home the whole time we were there enjoying PEI and attractions in New Brunswick. If we ever come back to the area again, we will try to stay here again. It was most enjoyable.

Trent and Debbie were the perfect hosts. The house was spotless, spacious, in a quiet location, and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again. Loved Debbie's morning visits which were filled with helpful hints and great ideas for our day. We mentioned needing an iron and, minutes later, Debbie showed up with iron and ironing board in hand. Graciously offered us the use of her washer and dryer; what a big help. Also gave us a gift upon our departure. They thought of everything to make us feel very welcome.

Great place to stay in North Rustico a quiet fishing village. The rental has water views and the beach is a quick ten minute walk on the boardwalk. The rental was clean and equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Our home is located in a beautiful sea side village. Visiting PEI and especially North Rustico allows guests to unwind and relax in a quiet serene setting. Have morning coffee on the deck while listening to sea birds and the ocean welcome you to a fresh day. Stroll the boardwalk and watch the fishing boats come and go from the harbour. Visit the local fish market and purchase fresh caught seafood to enjoy for lunch or a special dinner. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away as is the national park. Explore the beach, take a refreshing dip in the ocean and work on that tan!
We know once you come to PEI, you will take home special memories that will last a lifetime.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We are close to many PEI attractions but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. A short drive from our village and you can visit theme parks, take a fishing charter or play a game of golf. There are 5+ golf course less than 20 minutes from our home.
There are many activities close by that can keep you busy and ignite that exploring sprit, or you can find that secluded area of ocean front beauty.
We offer a home base that is just that - A HOME! After a day of being a tourist, you can relax and open a bottle of wine, have nice BBQ dinner and watch the sunset on a perfect day. After the sun sets, pull up a chair around a crackling fire and listen to the ocean waves and star gaze.
