Your home away from home in Estero with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You'll awake to a beautiful sunrise over a pond with a view of the first hole of the golf course. Enjoy your coffee on the lanai. This terrific condo is just steps away from the beautiful neighborhood pool with activities such as happy hours and mahjong. Spring Run boasts world class golf and a newly renovated club. The golf and club membership is transferrable. There is a $518.00 transfer fee for golf and club privileges paid by the renter , as well as a $100.00 lease application fee to the HOA. There are many activities to join and a unique series of talks. The unit is a bike ride from Coconut Point. Sleeps four with a king bed and two twins, also boasts three TV's with cable. Tenant will enter into a short-term lease agreement that must be approved by the Spring Run and the Sunset Stream HOAs. Pets are not allowed.
