Guests have full access to the 2-bedroom cottage and the upper boathouse, including all decks and outdoor areas shown in the listing.

Please note: there is a main house on the west side of the property that is currently under construction and closed off to guests. This area is clearly separated and not accessible during your stay to ensure your privacy and safety.

Important Information Before Check-In

A signed rental agreement and a valid government-issued ID of the booking guest are required before receiving your door access codes.

A refundable security deposit may be required, subject to verification.

Guests are responsible for removing all garbage and recycling upon checkout.
During your stay, please use the bear-proof bin provided at the end of the driveway.
(If you prefer to leave garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee applies please notify us in advance so we can make arrangements.)
