Beautiful cottage with all the amenities you need. Accommodated 8 adults and 2 children with plenty of room. Beautiful scenery surrounding the cottage.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful, private location for relaxing and water activities. The lake view with daily sunsets was incredible. The property was fully stocked for indoor and outdoor activities. Very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very welcoming and available to answer any questions.

Fam vacation

Great spot! No complaints but would recommend fans in the bedrooms sleeping was uncomfortable with the heat but didn’t effect our overall stay …just something that would help!! (Plug in stand up one’s etc)

Perfect getaway

The property is even better than pictured. The grounds and access to the water are fabulous! The owner was very helpful upon arrival, taking the time to walk us through the cottage & property, showing us where everything was located. This is the perfect place to getaway! We loved how easy it was to access the water for swimming/ kayaking/paddle boarding etc. The cottage has everything you need to have the perfect stay, the views are spectacular! We would return in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous property!

My friends and I had an amazing stay. The lakefront property is gorgeous - tons of space, huge dock, lots of boats to play with, etc. The lake is peaceful to paddle around and quieter than many lakes I’ve visited in the area. The house has a well-stocked kitchen, two clean bathrooms with showers, and plenty of beds. We would definitely come back!

Amazing outdoor lake adventure

This place was comfortable for our family of 4 - spacious bedrooms and shared spaces. Where this place really shines is the outside space - incredibly beautiful with a gorgeous deck and multiple private outdoor gathering spaces to read, play, or eat. We especially enjoyed swimming in the lake and witnessing the local wildlife, including a mama turtle making a nest and laying eggs! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stunning location!

We just got back from a wonderful vacation at this gorgeous property. We had 8 adults and a child and they all loved the location. The huge dock was awesome as we could all sit and fish and chat together. The owners were super friendly and responsive and you could tell they genuinely wanted us to enjoy ourselves. The cottage is well equipped with absolutely everything you'd need and the 2 full baths were awesome to have with so many people. The extra outdoor fridge was super useful too! Thanks for a wonderful time Denise.

Family Time!

We all just returned from our time at this cottage and we had an amazing time. What a lovely place to gather as a family. We were a family of 10 (my husband and two kids ages 16 and 14, my sister, husband and her 8 year old twins, my parents and our almost two year old bernedoodle). This cottage had everything - we loved that the water was at the door step of the cottage…literally! We swam, canoed, kayaked, had fire every night and watched beautiful sunsets. The dock area was so big that we had all our meals outside except one night when it rained we ate at the beautiful table indoors that seats 10 people! My son who is also into birding found many different species of birds including trumpet swans, loons, broad-winged hawk and many more. We also met the lovely owners who greeted us at check-in and was kind enough to show us around. We can’t wait to book this cottage again for our 2024 Family cottage week together!!!

Absolutely Perfect!!

Our stay at this cottage was nothing short of fantastic! Right off the bat the property manager was always very quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to our stay. On the day of the owner met us at check in to show us around and was just very friendly and helpful. The place itself was gorgeous, clean and modern. They had literally everything stocked up in the kitchen we didn't even end up taking a bunch of our own stuff out of the car! The location and area in specific was beautiful. You can watch the sunset right from the deck or the dock and it was just lovely. The view from the family style table outside is gorgeous at lunch. The water was nice and clean and not too cold so we spent a huge chunk of our time swimming and doing water sports. The hosts had provided multiple canoes, kayaks and paddle boats for us to use which was awesome. Everything from booking to check in to check out went to smoothly and was very well planned out by the owners. I can't recommend this place enough! We will probably be booking here again next year!

Beautiful lake, underwhelming experience

We have been to a few cottages with friends and although this had a gorgeous lake/dock, it felt like this cottage was only really “worth the price” for being right on the water. The actual cottage itself was underwhelming. Beds were very uncomfortable, very hard, and too short for every one of the men that joined us. The couches were also not overly comfy, and nothing provides made it feel “homey”. Very cookie cutter experience, which is fine, but we usually like some character in the properties too. We assumed things like sugar and salt would be available at the cottage.. nope. Bring it all. Maybe bring a cutting board too if you’d like to cook.

A Memorable Vacation Experience at a Stunning Property

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite vacation rental, and I cannot praise it enough. From the moment we booked our stay until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. We arrived early as planned Fortunately, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to stay while they finished preparing the cottage. Their flexibility and understanding set a positive tone for the rest of our stay. We were all fond of the property's location. The highlight was undoubtedly the spacious dock, which provided the perfect setting for us to fish, chat, and enjoy each other's company. The owners were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Angie took the time to give us a tour of the cottage, ensuring we were aware of all the amenities and resources available in the cabinets. It was evident that they had put thought into equipping the cottage with everything one could possibly need during their stay. Not only did the property itself exceed our expectations, but the surrounding area also offered a ton of activities and attractions. The book left in the living room contained a lot of information, including emergency contacts and suggestions for local outings. It was evident that the owners had gone the extra mile to ensure their guests' convenience and safety. I cannot recommend this property highly enough to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful experience!

Dream Cottage with a Magical Setting

My wife and I and a few of our family members, spent a very relaxing week at this pristine cottage. When we arrived, it was everything that had been advertised and more!! the inside of the cottage was spotless and the grounds were well manicured. We took advantage of the paddle boat, the kayak and the canoe that were provided and enjoyed every minute on the clean and warm lake. The firepit was used every night and provided the perfect location to toast marshmallows, wieners and sausages as well as make smores!! My wife, myself and my family want to extend our sincere thank you to the hosts, for providing a fantastic get away. We highly recommend this Muskoka Gem to all who seek a little R&R from the hustle and grind of the Big City Life. We will see you again next year and for many years to come. I truly believe we have found our family summer retreat!! Bill.

Relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful time at your cottage - it was spotless, and very comfortable! The location was incredible overlooking beautiful Six Mile Lake - perfecting for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. We were also able to explore the surrounding area including Bala, Midland and Port Severn.

Waterfront property, beautiful big windows with beautiful views. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Amazing sun sets and clear night skies. Spend your time laying out on the deck chairs soaking up the sun or jumping in the water. Enjoy all the seasons as this property is fully winterized.
