Este condominio de estudio es uno de los mejores que Ocean Sands tiene para ofrecer. Bellamente decorada con excelente artesanía y comodidad del huésped en mente. Esta es una de las pocas unidades que tiene ventanas adicionales para su placer visual. Relájese en el sofá y disfrute de la ventana lateral con vista al mar. (ESTA PROPIEDAD NO ES FRENTE AL OCÉANO) Si desea un agradable paseo por la playa, ¡literalmente está a solo unos pasos de distancia! Solo necesitará traer sus artículos personales, ya que esta unidad tiene todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones agradables. Ocean Sands es una instalación centrada en la familia con parrillas, cenadores y mucha área de césped para que los niños traigan juegos al aire libre para disfrutar durante su estadía. Una bonita piscina de agua salada, una piscina para niños y también ofrece una lavadora y secadora en el edificio de la comunidad. Estás a poca distancia de restaurantes y tiendas de regalos deliciosos. Hay negocios en la isla que tienen alquiler de bicicletas y kayak. El NC Aquarium está a solo un par de millas de esta instalación. Good overall. Floors felt really dirty & bathroom sink was clogged. Great location to walk for food etc… the owner needs to work on better communication overall. I would stay again.

Great weekend away

This place was perfect for my wife and I, and celebrated our first wedding anniversary. We enjoyed being right next to the ocean, and the area is very quiet and relaxing! We will look to make another visit here again.

Great stay

The listing is spot on for the accommodations. The manager was easy to get in touch with and very friendly and safe neighborhood. It is minutes walk from the ocean and across the street from a few restaurants and dairy queen. Would stay again.

Great Condo

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first time down in Atlantic Beach. It was a great location, close to the beach while being close to things to do and the grocery store. The condo was as pictured, and a nice place to stay for a couple looking to get away for a while. The actual condominium was quiet, which made for a relaxing vacation.

Simple pleasures

We stayed here for our 9th anniversary/baby moon and it was the perfect simple getaway. I enjoyed ocean front coffee on the wrap around porch and my husband loved being steps from the beach where he caught several albacore tuna at sunrise. Recommend packing light to maximize space. Only other feedback is the bed mattress is a little firm. Wonderful trip overall can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect Little Condo

This condo is ideal for s couple looking for a relaxing beach trip. The condo is well equipped and has everything you need. It was just the right size for my husband and I. Easy access to a beautiful beach. Just a short drive to Morehead City or Beaufort for excellent dining options. We travel to the N.C. coast for the exceptional scuba diving and would definitely stay here again

Great access to a beautiful beach

Location was great being right on the beach. It's a little small but works for 2 people, any more occupants would be really cramped. If you are a large person it would be difficult getting in and out of the bed! Has everything you need. We did bring our own beach chairs and towels. Having direct access to the beach is what made the stay nice pool, even though we didn't use it.

Property is conveniently located, has two beach accesses and a swimming pool. Owner was very responsive to messages and accommodated a last minute change when I broke my shoulder and couldn’t make the original reservation dates. We are repeat customers and plan to reserve the property again for next year!

Nice Area

The area is very nice. The beach was not crowded at all ( you have to cross through the private property to get to this section of beach, That probably helps ) The size of the room is perfect for a couple with maybe even one or two children. The unit was a little dirtier than expected, There was actual trash under the bed. I reached out to the owner and was told, he would let the cleaning staff know. All and all, nice little place.

It was small but cozy. Perfect for us on our anniversary. The beach is literally a few steps away and the place was quiet and relaxing. Great places to eat near by, and the NC Aquarium was nice on the one rainy day we had. The place was clean when we arrived although it had a but of a musty smell. Not sure much could be done about that, so we just used some air freshener whenever we came back in. It was affordable and the beach was fantastic. Overall, we would stay here again.

The unit was very clean and nice. The only problem that was had VRBO paperwork sent had wrong information on the lock box and unit. Thankfully it was correct on my phone.

For what it costs, pretty happy with it. Close to beach, close to dollar store, pool rarely has anyone in it. Downside, the bed is horrible. The springs are all different levels of worn out, which makes me think it's either 15 years old, used, or rusted, in any case, sleep on the pill out couch, much better. The shower could also user a detachable head for removing sand. Also, a door, or at least a curtain between the main area and the bed area would do wonders. In any case, satisfied, but some very low hanging fruit to make the stay better.

Horrible mildew odor. Could not stay here. Took several hours to find another place. Furniture was old and worn out. No phone listed. Impossible to communicate with. Wasn't how my trip was supposed to start. I deserve my money back and to speak to an actual person that can make it happen.
