Villa Perivoliouは明るく風通しの良いモダンな家ですが、スコペロス島に期待される伝統的な特徴をすべて備えています。 しかしその栄光の栄光は、その島で最も美しいと考えられるビーチから歩いて数分のところにある美しい、静かな田園地帯に位置しています。グロッサの村は、そのお店、居酒屋、カフェなどで車でわずか10分です。

We had the best time at Villa Perivoliou. It really was our haven during our holiday - the amazing views, the proximity to the beach, the facilities and was the perfect location to visit Skoplelos. Anthoula and her family made us feel very welcome, met us from our ferry and showed us around their fantastic home. We would come back in a heartbeat! I can’t recommend this villa enough, it is so peaceful and well maintained, and you can just spend your whole time looking at the views and marvelling at the beauty,

Beautiful location and villa

We had such an amazingly relaxing time at this villa within beautiful surroundings. It was so quiet you could hear the sea at night. The views were stunning. Will definitely stay again

After an easy flight from Leeds Bradford to Skiathos Airport, we were met by Enterprise Cars before making our way to the port to catch the SeaJets ferry to Skopelos. Throughout our journey, our wonderful hosts, Anthoula and Tomas, kept in touch, offering help, advice, and guidance to ensure everything went smoothly. Their English is excellent, which was a huge help!On arrival, Tomas personally led us to the house, which is tucked away high on the hillside and boasts the most spectacular views of the crystal-blue sea below. The property is absolutely beautiful and truly feels like a home from home.The kitchen is a real cook's kitchen, thoughtfully designed and fully equipped, with French doors opening onto the pool terrace and those breathtaking views beyond. Our daughters quickly claimed the two upstairs double bedrooms, each with its own balcony, where they could soak up the incredible scenery every day.Surrounded by olive trees, the house feels wonderfully secluded and private. The pool is amazing looking directly down on the sea below. The only sounds to accompany your day are the gentle sea breeze and the song of the zizikia (cicadas). The bathrooms are lovely, with fantastic showers that were a welcome luxury after a day exploring the island and swimming in the incredibly clear seas.The only downside to our stay was having to hand the keys back to Tomas at the end of our holiday!

Wonderful view, house, swimming pool everything was top top Anthoula and her family are very nice and good person all help us and not forget the cat Nicole who come to tell us good morning and good night all days Skopelos is a very nice island and near the house a nice beach I recommend that villa with good pleasure

Dream Vacarion in Skopelos

Villa Perivoliou was a dream come true for the three of us. We gave our niece this trip for her high school graduation and when we got to the cilland saw the view, she said, "best graduation present ever!" It was so quiet and peaceful. The nearby beaches are secluded, brautiful with calm water for swimming. Anthoula and her family were very easy to communicate with. She sent information ahead of time regarding rental car, restaurants and things to do. The villa is only 15 minutes from Glossa by car so it was rasy to get into town for dinner.

a wonderful and quiet place to relax

we had a very relaxing and really pleasant stay. The view of the sea was wonderful and the location really quiet. The villa is very nicely furnished and has an immediate warm and personal touch. We liked it a lot. The pool was great too. Everything is there to make your stay pleasant. The communication with Anthoula and her brother was always very quick and reliable. Thank you very much again for the opportunity to spend our vacation in this wonderful villa. We would love to come back and wish you and your family all the best in these not so easy times! Fabulous perfect rural idyll

We stayed at Perivoliou Villa as a family of four with our 19,18 year old ‘children’ we loved the location and was perfectly as described, rural, quiet, beautiful views. As others have said driveway is an experience, but to be fair we loved it every time we did it! Anthoula was the perfect host and helped pre arrival with information and also met us as the port to help settle us in to the island via the local supermarket for supplies. Every part of Skopelos was gorgeous and there’s plenty of information in the Villa to make the most of your trip. After driving all over the island and visiting all the main areas, we really loved coming ‘home’ and felt we had the best place to stay on the island.

Perfect holidays!

Our stay was marvelous! The host was very helpfull, helping with sea taxi areangments, car rentals. Sharing the tips for the best beaches. The property is lovely with 3 double rooms, so we were a party of: me with a kid, my sis with 2 kids and our mum. We each had own room. The kitchen is well equiped with a large fridge. The pool area is lovely even better then on pictures! The ride to property is steep but I could do it even if not used for manual and driving manual on the island 😀. So everybody can manage. We will come back!

A little bit of paradise

This property was amazing! I would love to be in this villa 24/7. The views from every room were spectacular. It is a little doll house. My daughter and granddaughter were with me and we each had our own bedroom. That in itself was such a treat. The rooms are decorated perfectly for a quaint setting. The curtains were clean and darling and the windows and doors were spotless. We heard sheep with their bells ringing and roosters crowing. That is the only sound besides the birds we heard. Simplicity and joy! Oftentimes, when reading reviews it is challenging to navigate others opinions and honesty. Not this time! Every review rings true. The house was perfect for our family of six (ages 22,20,17,14). My favorite review that I had read mentioned that their family’s favorite part of the trip was “coming home” to this lovely home after adventures around the island. We agree! We spent our days out and about and have memories from this home that will last forever. We loved it! The WiFi was on and off and better at certain times of the day. We had a lot of wind one night and quickly learned which windows to close at night. The screens in the full doorways are just dreamy. We also enjoyed the crystal clear pool. Thank you, Anthoula!

After spending a week in another villa, we moved into Villa Perivoliou as booked. Thanks to Anthoula's careful organization, we were able to stay in the first villa until the second villa was ready for check-in, allowing us to arrive in comfort. Shortly before reaching the villa, you turn onto a gravel road that leads quite steeply uphill, but it is manageable in first gear. Villa Perivoliou is idyllically situated on a hill in an enchanting landscape of olive and pine trees. We felt at home here from the very first moment; everything is bright and equipped with every comfort. What makes the villa special are the views from almost all the rooms and the two terraces—we really enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning, gazing into the distance to the sea during the day, and looking up at the clear starry sky at night. When a stronger breeze comes up, you can hear the sound of the sea, and when it rains, the whole garden smells of Mediterranean herbs – it's really beautiful here! A ten-minute walk takes you down to a “wild” beach, which we shared with at most one couple from another villa (in September), otherwise we had it all to ourselves; a fifteen-minute walk along a quiet road through a pretty pine forest takes you to the lovely Perivoliou Beach with a nice beach bar. Whenever (technical) problems arose, Anthoula, her father and brother and staff were always quick to help—they are wonderful hosts—thank you so much! We highly recommend Skopelos and Villa Perivoliou.

A dream holiday destination

We had the most wonderful family holiday at Villa Perivoliou. Spending everyday looking out at the vast sea views, cooling off in the pool, and listening to the cicadas in the olive groves was just heaven. Anthoula's hospitality was wonderful! She provided so much useful information prior to our arrival, met us at the harbour to show us where to buy groceries and how to reach the villa by car, and provided everything we needed and more for a comfortable and relaxed stay in Skopelos. The location of the villa is breathtaking! The views, peace and quiet and amenities are ideal. Glossa is close enough to enjoy the tavernas, sights and amazing bakeries! You definitely need a car to get around and, although we mastered the steep driveway in the end, we wished we'd hired a 4 wheel drive car rather than a smaĺl Fiat Panda. It would have helped a lot to have a more grippy and powerful car for the driveway and Skopelos' windy roads. We drove to several beaches on the island but our favourites were the ones close to the villa. Clear, calm water for amazing snorkelling and hardly anyone around. You need to have decent mobility to reach some of them though. Skopelos is such a beautiful island - everyone is so welcoming and Glossa in particular has retained so much charm and authenticity. Staying at Villa Perivoliou and being able to return to the views, the wonderful pool, and the air con(!) made it such a perfect family holiday. Thank you Anthoula and Thomas!

Wonderful and relaxing stay

This year was our second stay and we had once more a very relaxing and pleasant stay. It is a perfect place to enjoy the pleasure of tranquility in a very calm and beautiful environment In the morning at breakfast a little look to the boats on the sea passing by, afterwards swimming in the pool with sea view also. It is a very nice start for another fantastic day on this wonderful island. Afterwards a visit to the beaches , renting a boat or staying at home swimming and reading books. The villa and the garden has a warm and personal touch. We liked it a lot once more. Everything is there to make your stay pleasant. The barbecue works perfectly; in Glossa, you can buy fresh fish or good saucissages at the butcher for a evening at home but there also very nice tavernas and restaurants in Glossa and Loutraki. You can get a good connection with your mobile, even streaming worked for us. There is a new road, which makes the access even easier. The communication with Anthoula and her father was always very quick and reliable. Dear Antholua we thank you very much again for the opportunity to spend our vacation in this wonderful villa. The beach view on the deck with the pool was absolutely luxurious! The villa is remote- perfect for quiet mornings and relaxation. Anthoula was so helpful in meeting any of our needs and the people in Glossa are lovely.

Absolutes Highlight! Wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit unübertroffener Meersicht. Schöner Pool, der gewartet wird.Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, hat alles, was man benötigt, wenn man gerne selber kocht.Wir haben diese Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen, man hört nur das Zirpen der Grillen, in der Nacht die Brandung vom Meer und es umkreisen Schwalben das Haus.Der Garten ist so toll angelegt, einfach wunderschön.Ein wunderschöner Strand mit glasklaren Wasser ist mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Dort hat es eine nette Strandbeiz.Was man wissen muss, dass ein gutes Auto unbedingt nötig ist, da die Zufahrt eine Naturstraße und sehr steil ist. Kein Problem, wenn das Fahrzeug passt.Das Haus ist für Naturliebhaber geeignet und für solche, die dies lieben.Dr nächste Einkausladen liegt 10 km entfernt, man bekommt dort alles..

Einfach herrlich

Sehr schöner und unkomplizierter Check-In, ausgesprochen hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die uns bereits vor Beginn der Reise viele Wünsche erfüllt hat. An excellent getaway

Anthoula was an excellent host, organising car hire, ferries, etc. She met us at the port and gave us a guide to the area before taking us to the villa. The villa itself was immaculate, with everything you could possibly need. The views were breathtaking. This area of Skopelos was so quiet, with excellent beaches and lots of local tavernas. A car is definitely needed. The pool was maintained excellently. Would definitely recommend!

A jewel set in a beautiful island.

This is a simple, pretty villa set in breathtaking surroundings. The views from every side were magical. Inside it’s well equipped if you like to cook but we made the most of the many restaurants and tavernas near the beaches we visited. If you want utter peace and quiet this is the place for you. Anthoula is a mine of useful information and always at the end of the phone if you need help. We were met at the quay and shown to the villa which is about ten minutes on winding roads from Glossa. Our favourite beach, Kastani, was a short drive away and Skopelos town about forty minutes. A car is essential if you stay at Perivolou villa - and the driveway quite an experience… it’s steep! We had a lot of fun gunning the engine to make it up there. Simply lovely!

Formidable !

Cette maison est tellement exceptionnelle par son emplacement la vue, l'adorable village de Glossa, les plages à proximité... que j'ai presque envie de ne pas trop l'ébruiter... Les hôtes sont aux petits soins. Un pur bonheur !
