The cottage is exactly as described with close proximity to downtown. This is our second stay and plan to stay again as we visit Geneva on the lake yearly. Toni is very responsive and ensures you have everything needed for your stay

House is beautiful with a well-equipped kitchen and a stocked with toiletries bathroom. It is clean and very close to everything. The only thing to note is that the two queen sized beds seemed to be doubles. My husband and I are tall people which made it a tight fit. Host was very helpful and accommodating.

Cottage was perfect for our short 2 night stay. Very clean and well-stocked. Everyone had their own private space for sleeping and we enjoyed playing some of the board games in the evening. There was a nice outdoor fire pit and Adirondack chairs that we definitely would have enjoyed had it not been so hot/humid. The walk to the strip was 5-10 minutes. We would definitely return!

Perfect cottage

This cottage is perfect for a long weekend. Close to the strip, clean, and has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. We go to Geneva every year as an anniversary trip because we got married at the lodge. We will be staying here again

The house is beautiful and very clean! The only thing is we have an electric vehicle and it was not put in the listing that we have to pay extra for charging. We did not findout til the last day I got a message with pictures telling me we had to pay extra. We have like to have know that before hand. But other than that it was fine.

Awesome place!

Super cute place with a lake vibe. Everything was clean and neat. Outside area was very nice, but I would have preferred more privacy.

Great Lake stay!

We had a great girls weekend and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for all of us inside and out. We enjoyed the wineries that were close by and played Putt-Putt on the strip. Toni was great to communicate with; she went above and beyond to help us out with some local attractions in the area. Overall it was a great stay and we highly recommend!

Charming

We were very pleased with this adorable property. It's small but doesn't feel small. The owners have creatively maximized the use of space, and it fit our group of five quite comfortably. Would definitely rent it again.

Cute little cottage in quiet neighborhood

This property is very clean and modern. The inside is small but cozy. Check in was very easy and communication with Toni during our stay was very responsive. I will say that the beds are small so my husband and I stayed in separate bedrooms for comfort. The bunk beds could only be used by children or very young adults. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend for couples.. I believe it's too small for groups as the beds are small, the space is small and the counter stools are not the most comfortable. I would highly recommend Barley Vine Tours for golf cart rentals. They are only a few houses down and gave us a great deal on rental. Overall.. lovely little cottage in a quiet part of town within walking distance of the strip.. about 1/2 mile.

Slice of Quiet!

My mom and I recently stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed this cottage. It was very nicely decorated and above all, it was clean! I would sit on the back patio at night and watch the fireflies with no noise from the strip. Super peaceful. Toni was great to work with and she was very responsive. I'm not sure I'd want to walk to the strip from this cottage only because it's so dark at night and Presidential Dr. is really long. But, if you were with a group and had flashlights it might be fine. We drove and parked on the strip instead, which was no problem at all. We also found out that the golf cart taxis could shuttle us if needed. Overall, it was just perfect for us and everything was provided. The mattresses were SO comfortable and I've never slept so well. I needed that! Thank you very much and we would absolutely book this cottage again. A+

Very clean, updated, adorable cottage. Close to the strip and we loved all the little extras- cream and sugar packets, shampoo, lotion, bug spray.

Perfect little house close to the strip

We had a great time staying here. It was easy to access and very clean. Although it's a small house you don't feel cramped at all. It had everything we needed and just a 5-10 minute walk to the strip.

Cute, modern home with lots of light

Toni has taken care of every detail in this rental! It was nice to have a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, and some other basics provided so I didn't have to pack those items. We also enjoyed some board games and magazines on a rainy evening. Such an efficient use of space. It lives so much bigger than it appears from the outside. Speaking of which, there is also a nice outdoor space with a covered back patio and plenty of chairs to move into the backyard if you have sunny days. Location is great. You can walk to the main strip but you're far enough away to have peace and quiet. We had a small issue with the check-in process, but Toni was quick to respond and get us taken care of. Overall, would recommend and would stay again.

I grew up in Youngstown, OH and moved to Lake County in 1999. I am a water person. There’s nothing more relaxing for me than a enjoying a great book on a sandy beach. I consider myself very fortunate to have Lake Erie in my back yard and all the fun (antiques, water sports) restaurants and activities (wineries!) that surround the area.

Many summers were spent at GOTL as a child and now as an adult. I have so many great memories of this unique destination, so I thought to myself, why not provide a cottage for others to make their own memories?

The unique benefit of this cottage is literally a home away from home! All you need to bring are your clothes, food and beverages for your stay. We have everything else covered for you! The cottage is a short walk to Geneva on the Lake “Strip” yet nestled in a quiet area when ready for some quiet relax time.
