Detta parhus ligger i bergen i Santa Maria och är färdigt till en mycket hög standard - från golv till tak garderober till ortopediska madrasser - allt du behöver för att göra din vistelse bekväm har blivit omhändertagen.

Detta vackra 3 sovrum hus har en dubbelsäng i de viktigaste två rum med 2 enkelsängar - som kan skjutas ihop i 3: e sovrummet. I vardagsrummet har vi också 1 bäddsoffa för 2 personer. Villan är ca 85 kvm.

1. 700m till lokal strand och 5 / 10min bilresa från många andra stränder.

I år har vi byggt en uteservering som mer än dubblerar utrymmet. Det nya utrymmet är utmärkt för att sola och använda vår nya grill / rökning.

Huset i Santa Maria är bara en 10min promenad till stranden, gå tillbaka från stranden är upp en brant kulle med en kort 5 minuters bilresa till Groticelli Beach.

Poolen är öppen från 1 juni till 30 september.

Livsmedelspaket är tillgängligt för 40 euro på begäran och innehåller grunder som bröd, mjölk, juice, ägg, vin (eller din preferens). Betalas vid ankomst.

Också levereras i villan, har vi gett en väldigt användbar manual som beskriver detaljer om natursköna platser att besöka, lokala restauranger samt viktiga kontaktnummer vid nödsituationer.

Engelska talande representant med kunskap om området och lokala aktiviteter till hands för att svara på eventuella frågor.

Lokal taxi service finns i lokalen av komplexet.

The property is divided into two separate areas across the street from each other. I recommend booking the property where the pool is.

Solid option for costa degli dei

Functional apartment with sea view and patio. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals. Comfortable mattresses and a fabulous pool area were the highlights for us. Great location to visit spectacular beaches and very responsive owner and property manager. The property has one single AC unit in the kitchen. But it is sufficient to efficiently cool down the entire home. The internet is fast and stable. Thanks Jason for a great vacation.

We spent 8 Days in Ricadi and loved every day. Peter was great with helping us with all our queries including local restaurants and even helping us set up our wifi. The house has a TV which has over 50000 movies and all channels from around the world. Annamaria was very helpful also, although she only spoke Italian (lucky for me im Italian), Google translate would be necessary; she was very hospitable and was always there if we needed anything or had questions. The property was pretty central to all the beautiful beaches including Tropea and Capo Vaticano, Ricadi beach is also a hidden treasure. If you do stay here please go to bar pizzeria Ristorante Paradise just up the road, great food and very well priced. Thank you Peter, Annamaria and Angelo

Holiday in Santa Maria

Nice pool and quiet location. Helpful staff onsite and easy to access the beach and also local towns. Getting around is easy by car. Day trips to Tropea and Pizzo also in easy reach where you can find a great selection of restaurants.

Sanitäre Installation schlecht gewartet

Ankunft Samstag Nachmittag Betreuung OK. Objekt mit Raumeinteilung für 5 Personen optimal mit 2 Badezimmer. Nicht positiv war unter anderem: -Parkplatz Grösse, wenn ich für 5 Personen buche fahre ich nicht mit Kleinwagen. Platz zu klein. -Zu Beginn kein Internet konnten selbst herausfinden wie das Ganze funktioniert - katastrophale sanitäre Installationen wie nur tropfende Dusche, kaum richtiger Wasserstrahl, zu wenig Wasser. -stark beschmutzte Liege im Aufenthaltsbereich -Waschmaschiene rann und verlor Wasser im ganzen Appartement. Mussten alles selber aufwischen. Q (Ersatz für andere Maschiene wurde organisiert innerhalb 24h) Top Leistung. -2 Tage später im anderen Badezimmer Toiletten Spühlkasten defekt mit erneuter Überschwemmung. Selbst Reinigung. Meine Erwartungen waren demzufolge absolut nicht erfüllt. Nach mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit Peter in Irland, sehr unhöflich Kommentare seinerseits, werde ich absolut keine Werbung für ihre Organisation weitergeben. Fotomaterial vorhanden. Ich erwarte eine Stellungnahme und erwarte eine finanzielle Entschädigung. Das war der Preis absolut nicht wert. Mit freundlichen Grüssen

Sehr schöner Urlaub ...

Das Ferienhaus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig ist! Kleiner Tipp für die Küche: eine große Pfanne wäre super! Für 4 Personen haben wir uns da schwer getan. In der Anlage wird der Müll getrennt, was wir sehr begrüßt haben, aber ringsum in der ganzen Gegend wird der Großteil auf der Straße entsorgt. Für uns in der heutigen Zeit leider nicht nachvollziehbar! :-( Die 10 Minuten zum Strand sind nicht zu schaffen, außer man legt den Weg im Eiltempo zurück, was bei 30 Grad keinen Spaß macht. Es geht wirklich steil bergab und dann leider auch wieder hoch. Der Strand vor Ort war jetzt in der Hochsaison dicht besiedelt. Wir haben unseren Traumstrand in Zambrone gefunden und dafür eine 30-minütige Fahrt in Kauf genommen. Das Meer ist wirklich traumhaft! Auch der Pool, der zur Anlage gehört ist sehr angenehm, um sich zwischendurch mal abzukühlen und der kurze Weg über die Straße kann in Badekleidung zurück gelegt werden. Die Dame vor Ort, die sich um die Gäste kümmert, ist fabelhaft! Sie ist sehr bemüht, kümmert sich sofort um alles und ist dazu noch sehr witzig und weiß viel über die Gegend zu erzählen. Es hat immer Spaß gemacht, sie zu sehen! Herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür an Patricia! Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe vorhanden, aber ein Auto ist trotzdem zu empfehlen. Ein Pluspunkt ist hier auch die Abstellmöglichkeit in der Anlage mit gesicherter Zufahrt! Alles in allem ein erholsamer, schöner Urlaub!

The perfect escape for couples and families!

My husband, 2 kids and I have stayed at this lovely little villa twice now, and we cannot recommend it enough. The amenities, location, gardens, and of course, the VIEW, are all second to none. You will love this place from the moment you arrive, until long after you leave. It's perfect for couples and families! We look forward to another visit here again. Liz H.

Fabulous.

We stayed here in Oct. We we're looking for a place to stop over for a few days on our way to Sicily and decided to go with this place. Right from the start the communication with the owner was easy and prompt, and upon arrival Patricia - the property manager looked after the rest. The house is very well laid out with everything we needed. It felt like home away from home. The second bathroom was great as we had 6 in our group! We were able to watch our favourite shows from home with the excellent choice of channels. The Hi Speed Broadband was brilliant. We went down the hill to the local restaurants to sample some of the local cuisine. We were not disappointed, food was so good. All in all, I could not fault this place. My only regret is that I didn't book for place for longer (didn't want to leave!). Already looking forward to heading back in the not too distant future Thanks for your help Paul and Greg

al di sotto delle aspettative

villa a schiera e non singola, piu' piccola di quanto non fatto apparire, con un problema importante di odori di scarico fognario sul secondo bagno, fatto costruire successivamente in una delle camere matrimoniali, dovuto ad errore d'impostazione dell' impianto, con poca pendenza e senza presa d'aria sulla colonna principale per migliorare il deflusso dei liquidi.

Very Clean and well maintained!

Beautiful spot on the hills with 5 individual houses. Appartement building along the pool side. Beaches are close. Families were around and welcome. House had everything needed. Patricia was looking after us in a very nice way. See you again in the near future.

What you see is what you get

Overall we're very pleased with our stay in Santa Maria di Ricadi with our children (aged 3 to 7). The description and pictures of the house match well with real life: The interior is recently refurbished and in very good condition. Things we appreciated: - The spaceous common pool area, which includes a section for toddlers. During our stay there was rarely more than 2-3 families at the pool simultaneously. - The helpfullness of the local manager (who handles key hand-over e.t.c.) - The small lawn in front of the house where the kids could play - The quiet location - The dish washer - The two sun umbrellas we could bring to the beach Good to know things: - The pool area is located across the street (still within "swim-suit walking" distance) - The hill down to the beach is steep, don't count on being able to walk uphill in the summer heat. So, anything negative? Only minor details: low water pressure in the taps and shower, poor garbage handling (not specific for this house but a general problem for the region) and a vitroceramic stove with very un-intuitive touch buttons that took a while to understand.

Great spacious house with all mod cons

We were a little early for the summer season but it's a great location with lots of great restaurants within easy driving. We travelled to Tropea and most of the local towns. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice flat, great pool

Bellissimo mare e bellissima casa!

Sono stata a Capo Vaticano per alcuni giorni a maggio dell’anno scorso. Purtroppo io e il mio ragazzo eravamo solo di passaggio, dato che alcuni amici ci avevano invitato in Sicilia e purtroppo siamo dovuti ripartire! Siamo stati molto fortunati, soprattutto con la casa. Inizialmente volevamo prenotare un albergo ma poi abbiamo visto le foto di questa casa e ce ne siamo un po’ innamorati. E dal vivo e’ anche meglio, non delude assolutamente le aspettative! La posizione e’ comodissima, vicinissima alla spiaggia e ci sono anche molti ristoranti dove andare a mangiare, anche se la casa e’ comunque super fornita. Quando siamo arrivati la casa era pulita e ordinata e non abbiamo trovato sorprese inaspettate. C’e’ anche il wi-fi, che sinceramente mi fa la differenza quando devo scegliere un posto, dato che comunque usiamo internet per qualsiasi cosa ormai (il mio ragazzo, ad esempio, ha portato il PC per lavoro e l’ha trovato utilissimo). Se volete andare a fare un giro per non rimanere sempre nello stesso posto consiglio Tropea, a 15 minuti di macchina da li’ e molto bella. Se avessi occasione di tornare in Calabria, tornerei assolutamente in questo posto e in questa casa, per questo la consiglio vivamente. Che nostalgia!!! Beautiful sea and beautiful house I have been in Capo Vaticano for some days last May. Unfortunately I and my boyfriend spent there just a few days as we were travelling to some friends of ours to Sicily. We were very lucky to find this place and especially this house. At the beginning we wanted to book an hotel but then we saw the pictures of this house and we completely felt in love with it. The pictures are exactly like this house really is, I think that it is also better in person! The location is ideal, very close to the beach and there are also many restaurants where you can eat, even if you can find everything you need in the house. When we arrived the house was tidy and clean. The wi-fi is also available and I personally consider it very important as we do everything with the internet connection (for example my boyfriend had to work and he just connected his laptop through the wi-fi). I also suggest to visit Tropea, if you want to have a trip around, as it is just 15min by car away, and it is beautiful. If I had the opportunity to come back to Calabria I would certainly come back to that place and I would chose again this house, for this reason I definitely recommend it. I’d like to come back there right now!!!

We have owned this property for the past 11 years,we are from Ireland, North and South of Ireland.When we came to Capo Vaticano felt that this area offered everything we were looking for. Close to the beach,shops restaurants etc.. but at the same time very peaceful and tranquil.

We saw a number of properties in the Calabria region and for us this place was head and shoulders above the others. The scenery and natural beauty of Capo Vaticano are just a few of the reasons why we decided to go with this villa.
