This modern five bedroom, four bathroom home features floor to ceiling windows with abundant natural light, an open gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother, and hardwood floors throughout creating a feeling of being one with the stunning surrounding landscape. Ocean views are everywhere in this home.

Everything a family or group of friends could want or need for that fabulous getaway; beautiful, modern design, private and comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach.

The home features 3 master bedroom suites with adjoining master bathrooms and 2 additional bedrooms as well as a full additional bathroom.

The home accommodates up to 12 people.

Well-maintained gem
We've come back to this property year after year. It's a beautiful, well-maintained property that hasn't declined at all over the years. It has space for children but it's ideal for us as an adult getaway—4 rooms with big bed and multiple ensuite luxury bathrooms. I haven't been to any other property that matches the modern style of this home. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Spectacular Manzanita Thanksgiving
My extended family, ranging from age 6 to age 87, stayed here to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. This was the perfect place: well-designed and fully equipped kitchen with a 180-degree view of the ocean; lots of space to lounge for kids and football fans; comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms that accommodated 1 grandmother, 2 couples, 2 adult children, and 2 small children. The house is beautifully situated and designed with attention to every detail. We all enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire. It is a short walk down hill to the beach and about a mile walk to town. (You do have to walk back up the hill, but the view is worth it). Renae, the property manager was extremely helpful. She even took photos of the kitchen gear to make sure we had what we needed to cook our Thanksgiving feast. And Eva, the owner, brought us a a huge box of chocolates. Rent this place if you can, it is one of a kind special. I hope we will be back.

Stunning location
We've stayed at this property multiple times with our family - it's a stunning location with views of the ocean and trees. Excellent property manager and communication. Always provides a superb experience in Manzanita. We look forward to returning again soon!

The property was stunning tucked away in the trees with awesome views of the ocean. The hot tub and firepit were great features and overall the house had everything we needed. Great host as well! We would love to come back again!

Perfect vacation experience
Our family just finished our stay at the property and it was very hard to leave! Really can't recommend it enough. The home is nicely equipped, super clean, and well-represented by the photos in the listing. Deck with fire pit and hot tub were perfect (the cleanest hot tub we've ever seen). The location is secluded, but with easy access to food shopping, restaurants, the beach, and good hiking spots. Renae, the property manager, was very responsive to our inquiries pre-stay. We didn't have any issues to raise during our stay. It was more than spacious for our family of four, and would be ideal for bigger families or friends traveling together. We are already talking about going back.

Nehalem house
Modern house situated up a steep hill in a private setting, surrounded by hemlock, with very pretty eyelash views of the ocean and beach. Great quiet neighborhood, lovely deck. This place was bigger than we needed, but we cooked the entire time and I appreciated the large modern kitchen and the cleanest gas grill that I have ever used at a rental. Only suggestion to owner would be to install blinds. When I was cooking in the kitchen at sunset wore sunglasses as I faced west. No blinds upstairs in bedrooms. It does face west, so sun in the morning is not directly shinning into the bedroom. Overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful Property
Gorgeous, well equipped home with amazing views and ocean acoustics. Renae, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed the deck views, the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings after hiking multiple spots along the beautiful Oregon coast. Highly recommended!

A Delightful Return Visit
A beautiful and tranquil setting--with lovely views of the ocean, the roar of the surf, and tall trees providing privacy. All complemented by a beautifully designed and maintained house, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. And Renae is a great host, who quickly returns calls and emails.

Incredible Stay
This is a beautiful property, stocked with everything you need. I loved the close access to the beach and ocean views but tucked away from the busy street and people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for two families with our kids. The property manager gave us so much good information about the area and was very responsive and kind of we had any requests. We would stay here again!

Exceeded expectations and closer to the beach than we expected. Views of the beach from most rooms, and loved being in the trees also. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Good communication with property manager. Hope we can return soon!

Perfect location near a stunning beach.
Me and my family had an amazing time staying here. The house was very well stocked, beds comfortable, and the home was gorgeous. There were stunning views from many of the windows and balconies of the home. My favorite part was hearing the waves from the backyard. It’s a short 7 min walk downhill to the beach, we practically had it to ourselves with how few of people there were there. My family and I had a great time visiting and hope to come visit again.

Perfect for girls trip / bachelorette getaway
Believe the hype — if you’re lucky enough to find this place available, book it. I booked this place for 3 nights for an 8-person bachelorette weekend, all of us in our 30s. We had the best time. First of all the views are incredible. Huge windows/glass sliding doors, it was so peaceful to watch the ocean. One morning it was chilly so I didn’t do yoga on the deck, but doing it inside behind these massive glass doors basically felt like the same thing. The kitchen was great. We had a private chef come one night and it worked perfectly. Also the espresso machine worked great every morning. The bedrooms were wonderful, and the master was particularly stunning. Same with the other upper bedroom facing the same direction. But really all were good. Everyone was happy. All the bathrooms were really nice, I especially loved the heaters from above you could turn on. The living room also worked great for our one group game/activity. The deck outside was beautiful. Great hot tub. The host is extremely responsive and attentive. She gave us great instructions for finding the house bc Google/apple maps don’t work for the last 2 min. She also gave us other local recommendations. She made check in and check out easy. Overall no weird skimping on things to really squeeze profit, just a straightforward delivery of a really beautiful home and *actually* luxury experience with no “gotchas” like you sometimes find with other short term rental properties. I can’t say enough good things!

Christmas in Nahalem
The house was very comfortable for our large group, the views were outstanding, the kitchen excellently outfitted with everything we needed and it was conveniently located near Manzanita which has wonderful restaurants, great grocery stores and fun shops. Host provided great info and was prompt to respond. All made for a very special family holiday!

We met our 3 sons and their families here for one week in August 2023. We absolutely love the Oregon Coa st and have had many wonderful trips there, staying in beautiful properties. Let me be clear, this is the absolute winner! The breathtaking view, the house, wow! Too many thoughtful touches to list! Berry picking along the enchanted driveway. 100% perfection in every aspect. We return annually to this property. It's wonderfully managed and maintained. This is our sixth visit and the property remains pristine and every bit what is shown in the photos. The property is well-equipped and property management is communicative and always available. I've looked through mountains of listings planning my annual trip and I haven't found anything that compares to this spot.

Our Visit to Manzanita
Our visit to Manzanita was made that much more special as a result of our stay at this exquisite home just outside Manzanita. This home is an architectural beauty with lots of glass and spectacular views. It was perfect for our family of 11 with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen. Renae, our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion 2023
This lovely home made our reunion even more spectacular. Everyone felt comfortable and there was plenty of room to enjoy each other. We really liked the fact that it was an open concept with comfortable furniture and not cluttered with nick-knacks. We especially like the exceptionally large dining room table that allowed us to enjoy dinners together. The kitchen was remarkable. Every appliance you would want and then some you would not expect were available. Lots of room for lots of kitchen fun. The bedrooms and baths were above and beyond. The patio, hot tub, and fire pit were put to good use everyday. A short walk to the beach and town made the location a perfect setting.
