Beware! We would not recommend this property to anyone. The property wasn't as shown in the photos, and the location wasn't as described before check-in. The listing said A/C, but it was a small window unit that couldn't cool the space. Our kids didn't feel safe, so we decided to take a loss, check out early, and move to a hotel. Vrbo was of no help throughout the ordeal.

The Host failed to provide any details regarding access to the property on the day of check in, despite my emailing them via the app several times. Then the host called me @4 on the day of the booking when we were en route to the property and tried to get me to cancel the booking on my end advancing an argument that he had a “maintenance” issue at the property. After being on the phone w a whole series of VRBO customer agents over the course of 2 hours, VRBO finally come up w an acceptable solution.

Good area, good communication with property manager and he was very nice and helpful, not the same unit shown in the pics that I booked online, ceiling leaked in second bedroom, no hot water on day of checkout, no heat on day of checkout, bathroom ceiling has a hole that’s dropping fragments into shower and on window seal

Before renting a house, you have to check if the heater is working!It was -8 degrees inside, and I was there for 2 hours trying to turn it on. It was impossible to take a shower, I was exhausted. It was truly disrespectful. You are only interested in making money and are forgetting about respect and responsibility towards others.Pay attention, I wouldn't have been frustrated if nothing had gone wrong.The sheets were dirty. Full of hair. I don't need to say anything more.I hope that from now on you will check things before renting. A true lack of respect.And this will be my review.
