The property has a pool and hot tub for your enjoyment and the beach is located across the street from the condo. Everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach is provided including fresh linens! The condo is sanitized after each guest with a hospitable grade Airetrex365 air purifying system. Come and stay at the Garden City Guest House and make memories that will last for a lifetime. *****Monthly rates are available in the offseason*****

This was our second stay at Laura's place. We liked it the first time, we love love loved it this time! New mattress, new paint, tile, celing fans, just a relaxing calm beachy vibe, with all the needed amenities. Walking distance to the beach, the bars, the shops, just PERFECT.
