'Topaz' is an 'open concept' (no bedroom door) design and sleeps 4 with a comfy king in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. We have tried to make your stay as tranquil and enjoyable as possible, including a 'safe' to lock up your valuables. We love Mexico and the authentic Mexican feel and have decorated the Casita/Condo with traditional fabrics (Otomi embroidery), bright colours and Mexican Arte. Our Condo is not your typical 'beige' hotel room.

The Resort our Condo is part of is an 'Insider Knowledge' quaint and luxurious resort, with a beautiful Boutique Hotel & Spa in the prestigious Los Cabos Corridor area of Mexico. We fell in love with this Resort many years ago as it brings an authentic traditional Mexican feel to the holiday, unlike many Resorts that seem 'just like home' but with better weather and sand! When we travel, we want to experience the culture, food and traditions of the area we are visiting!

The Exclusive 'Casa del Mar' is ideally located between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas and is part of a secure gated ocean front development that contains beautiful grounds, 6 swimming pools, restaurants, sports bar, gift shop, spa, hot tub, tennis courts and a gorgeous quiet beach. There is a PGA rated golf course (Cabo Real), 5 minutes away. You have full access to the hotel restaurants, bar, spa, hotel wifi, pool towels and concierge services. There is a $10/day charge for use of the Fitness Room. Guests find the use of Concierge Services particularly helpful for printing boarding passes, not to mention all the other services the wonderful Concierges provide!

Casita Topaz is conveniently located and accessible via the local bus system, taxis, Uber or rental cars. It is between the funky, quaint and quiet town of San Jose del Cabo to the north and the energetic town of Cabo San Lucas to the south. In San Jose del Cabo, there are many shops and two big North American style grocery stores (La Comer and Chedrui) and Cabo San Lucas has even more shopping options. Very close to the Resort is the new El Merkado, a covered open air market including a wine shop, amazing gelato and many dining options to eat in or take away as well as La Comer Fresko, a larger supermarket.
