Pasos a la playa, condominio de estilo complejo

Te encantará su estancia en nuestro condominio recientemente renovado y muy cómodo con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Espacioso y acogedor nuestro condominio se encuentra en una playa de arena dorada de vista al Mar de Cortés. Esta playa es ideal para largas caminatas, natación, observación de ballenas e incluso tiene tres puntos de surf famosos a poca distancia. Comprobar el surf desde su balcón principal o disfrutar de una bebida mientras flota en una de nuestras tres piscinas. Nuestro condominio cuenta con una cocina completa, lavadora y secadora y todos los artículos de primera necesidad para las grandes vacaciones. Vivimos cerca, así que siempre estamos aquí para ayudar. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que desde el 1 de agosto de 2019 hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2019 están reemplazando activamente nuestros ascensores. Es un largo período de tiempo y no puedo prometer que tendrá servicio de ascensor durante estos meses. Este es un condominio de 5to piso y debido a las molestias, estoy ofreciendo una tarifa especial con descuento. Envíame un mensaje con tus fechas para llegar a un acuerdo si estás dispuesto y puedes quedarte sin usar un ascensor. ¡Gracias!

Beautiful oceanfront condo in an excellent location. We spent plenty of time enjoying the quiet, private beach. The condo was well equipped with beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella, which made everything easy. El Wine Bar was a standout we’ll definitely be going back.

Communication with the host was very good! The place was very clean. Beds comfortable. View of the pools and beach was great. The water went out once but was back on within an hour and a half. It was the whole resort not just this unit. Like others have mentioned, there is some road noise but inside the unit it’s negligible.

Great stay!

This place is perfect for a stay in San Jose`! Nicole was very helpful and the location was great and super c convenient for our family with two young kids, safe and very quiet. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.

Nice place

Stayed for 4 nights with my husband and two kids, the kids loved the pools and it was very nice to be right on the beach. The highway is a bit loud but overall I liked it.

Relaxing family vacation

The location is amazing and the local pwke are so friendly. We met some other familys at Mykonos and our kids made some great memories. The condo had everything we needed and it was so quick and inexpensive to grab an u we to go to get groceries, head to a restaurant or downtown for shopping or the art walk. We will definitely be back!!

My stay at Mykonos was wonderful. The unit is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The workout room had everything I needed, and I had my choice of two pools, two jacuzzis, or miles of white sand beach. I look forward to returning!

Great Cabo Trip

The property is a very ideal place to stay. Walking distance to the beach, clean, security and management of the property were excellent. The only disappointment was that the property is facing the highway and it is very hard to walk to restaurants, shops or just a “plain, old walk”. We did not rent a car. Overall excellent property.

A lovely getaway!

This is such a nice place to stay at! The location is ideal as its not far from the airport or town. You can walk or uber easily to a few grocery stores. The pools are lovely and the complex is right on the beach so swimming, surfing and beach walks are easily accessible. You can even walk to zippers just down the beach a bit for a nice beach side meal. Overall I love this condo and Nicole was so easy to get in touch with.

Beautiful and comfortable property

The property was beautiful and the other owners/tenants were very friendly. The condo was comfortable, clean, spacious, and not far from the pool; nice to have an elevator. The gym was very well equipped. Nicole was very prompt in replying. We would definitely stay again.

I know you didn't have to do this, but you did it anyway in light of the bizarre times we are living though. Perfect Getaway

From the initial communications with Nicole to the check in process everything was easy. Nicole goes above and beyond to respond quickly, provided great information both before and in the unit, and the unit was exactly as depicted. The little extras, like drinking water made the whole process easy and relaxing. Have already recommended it to friends.

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We used the Pool and hot tub, every day. Condo has everything you need. The grounds are beautiful and staff were friendly. Getting around you need to cab or Uber as it is quite a walk to the grocery store. Nicole is a great host and if you need something, she is right on it. The only thing was we wished there was a propane BBQ instead of the charcoal grill down at the pool. We recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome week in San Jose del Cabo

Nicole was awesome to work with and the property was as advertised. The beach was absolutely breathtaking (including the whale we saw about 100 yards off the beach!). The complex is very comfortable and safe. The pool and hot tub area was excellent and well maintained. The road noise was a little more than expected and detracted some from sitting on the patio. I am a finicky sleeper but found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this casa. Terry

Great condo, convenient location

My family and I enjoyed our 17 day vacation at this beautiful condo. Nicole was very helpful and super responsive both before we got there and while we stayed if we had questions. The beds were comfortable, the place beautifully furnished, and the staff at the complex were friendly and helpful. The grounds are well-kept... full of blooming flowers and gently swaying palms. We played tennis and I took advantage of the nice gym. The pools were refreshing and the beach was vast, great for long walks. We hope to be back again soon! Thanks Nicole, for opening your place for us to enjoy!

We took this unit for two weeks. Overall good experience and honest information,. Comments about access and follow through by Nicole were/are spot on. A few very minor issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. Only real issue was highway noise, but the expection was set before hand. My 6 th VRBO booking and one of the best

Family trip to San Jose Cabo

Great condo with two nice bedrooms and bathrooms both with pool and ocean views. Pools were nice and very clean including one that is heated. Beach is right there but pretty big waves. They had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and beach stuff in the unit to use which was super helpful. Swimming beaches were a 5 minute drive away. You need a car to get into town and explore the area but parking was easy and you get used to getting on and off the highway which the condo is on. You don’t notice the highway noise from the unit. We had a great stay and will definitely come back!

Mykonos

We felt very comfortable in the rental unit at the Mykonos property, which is close to San Jose del Cabo. It was a nice a quiet stay and the beach right there at the resort area. Although the waves were a little rough for swimming at the hotel location, it was a short walk to other swimmable areas. The pools were also very nice and not crowded. We used Uber everywhere (never had to wait more than a couple of minutes). San Lucas was about a 20 min Uber ride. San Jose del Cabo is a cute and easy-paced town that we highly recommend spending some time in that downtown area. Thursdays have the Art Walk - a popular local activity. Nicole was very responsive to our questions and needs. Definitely will try to stay at this location next time we visit Cabo.

Clean and comfortable

The condo was all that was promised. Easy to get to and except for a little snafu with key code, ready and waiting for us. Ocean breezes flowing through and the sound of the surf was the only music we needed. We had stopped for some groceries so we were prepared enough for our first night after a long day of traveling. With its location on the corridor it was easy to get to either Cabo or San Jose. The pools were wonderful and the beach was so handy for walking and gazing. Zippers, a favorite from previous trips, was handy. Our only concern was the danger of not recognizing that there was a step down onto balconies-/ the flooring continued on to the balcony. Two of us took a tumble . Fortunately neither was hurt. Road noise was a problem and prohibited us from having the door open. Just a minor inconvenience. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Washer and dryer meant going home with clean clothes which was a real bonus!

Another great stay at fantastic Mykonos Bay #502B

We can't say enough about how great this property is. The condo resort itself is incredibly clean, well maintained and managed. There are two family friendly pools (one heated, one not) plus a small adult only pool and two adult only hot tubs. Plenty of deck chairs and tables with chairs, all with views of the Sea of Cortez. Propane fire pit, tennis/pickleball court and a nice gym onsite. This condo is awesome. The owner is communicative and helpful, and answers all requests promptly. She leaves the condo well-equipped with things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. The kitchen has all the dishes, pots and pans and tools you need to cook and make drinks, and they even leave coffee and filters to get you started, as well as a good supply of spices and cooking oils. The only thing missing is a BBQ (for good reason, the units would smoke each other out), and there is a communal charcoal grill down by the pool. You may want to bring a travel mug or lidded cup for taking drinks down to the pool. The bedding is comfortable, with a king-sized bed and ensuite in one room, and a queen bed in the other, with a 2nd bathroom near it. Laundry in-suite. Plenty of storage. TVs in each room. The views from the three decks are outstanding. They get the sunrise, and you can sit and watch whales and rays jumping. We highly recommend this property, and can't wait to return.

A great place to stay.

The condo is perfect for 4 people. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The views of the pool area and beach are great. The grounds themselves are also well maintained and the staff are very friendly. When we were there the week leading up to Christmas, the condos and pool area weren't crowded at all (a plus in our book). The beach in front of the condo is really nice and there aren't any vendors hassling you! We opted not to use the air conditioner and left the sliding glass doors open day & night wether we were there or not and never worried that safety/theft as an issue. Nicole, who manages the condo, was great to work with. We made a couple of suggestions for things we thought might enhance people's stay and within a couple of days she accomplished them. Additionally, Nicole is a massage therapist who will come to the condo with a portable massage table and she does great massages (worth the splurge). The kitchen is adequately stocked especially for breakfast and lunch which we ate there every day and then went out for dinner. The only negative would be road noise. These condos back on to the highway. The road noise bothered my husband and I more than our daughter and her friend who didn't seem to notice it all! Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend it to others.

Magnificent views

We stayed at this condo for 13 days. We were impressed by the magnificent 5th floor patio views of the Myconos Bay Resort, with sprawling well maintained grounds and beautiful beach and ocean views. The condo is well laid out with two bedrooms on opposite sides for privacy each with its own bathroom. The bathrooms are spacious with super large, beautifully tiled showers. There are 3 patios (2 connected) great for relaxing on comfortable patio furniture and a great comfy hammock. The unit is supplied with all the necessities and the owner Nicole has been amazing to communicate with and gracious to provide some additional items we requested. Many reviews mention the highway noise and I agree, this is the only downside of this location. The highway runs right behind the resort so whether you are at the condo or on the patio, you hear it day and night. When you are by the pool, close to the beach, you just hear the ocean waves which is fantastic. The complex is gated with security guards monitoring. We really liked that the guard asked a couple of insensitive guests who started playing really loud music by the pool to use earbuds. There are 3 pools (1 heated) and 2 spas. There are many chairs, loungers and palapas, we never had an issue getting some. You can’t take the loungers to the beach, but the condo has 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, cooler and 4 beach/pool towels for guests’ use. If you need more than 4 beach/pool towels, you need to bring some. The beach area immediately next to the resort is corded off so the sellers can’t walk right up to the guests. If you are interested in their wares, you need to walk to them. There is a lady that sells really nice custom-made dresses (beach wear) for about $25-40US depending on size. We shopped for our groceries at La Comer about 10 minutes drive from the condo. Went to Walmart once, but found La Comer better stocked with all the necessities. Overall, it was a great and relaxing stay and I appreciate how quickly the owner responded to all my inquiries and requests. Thank you Nicole, it was a pleasure dealing with you!

I am fully bilingual and I surf as much as I can as well as try to practice yoga on a daily basis. My partner bought this condo in the summer of 2016 and we have spent a lot of time and energy remodeling it to make it one of the best rentals possible.

We like Mykonos because of it's proximity to the surfing beaches and the overall vibe of the complex. It is usually very quiet and peaceful, there aren't too many people in the pool or the gym. We also love the landscaping and cleanliness of the common areas, as well as the spacing of the units that feels very open and not so dense as some of the other places we looked at. It is located on one of our favorite beaches and stay here as much as we can when it is not being rented.

If you are a surfer you are in luck. This place is walking distance Zippers, the Rock and Acapulquitos. It's now a 30 minute drive to the east cape and maybe an hour to Cerritos so there is no end to the variety of surf you will find. We love the jacuzzi at night, and rinsing off in the shower on the steps to the beach after a salt water swim. There is a fire pit that you can sit around in the evenings, and a BBQ next to the pool if you feel like grilling up some food and being right out next to the ocean...it really is a special place.
