This newly built Rockaway Beach home has everything you need for a memorable getaway to the Oregon Coast, including a prime location within easy walking distance of the beach and the heart of downtown. Inside, you'll find new furnishings, elegant finishes (including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops), and plentiful space for relaxing after a day on the sand. Use the gas grill to host summer barbecues, and spend your evenings gathered around the air hockey table with your loved ones.



What's nearby:

This home enjoys a wonderful location right next to Seaview Lake, just two blocks from the center of downtown and two more from the ocean beach. Head over to South Nehalem Avenue and head west to the beach, where you'll find long stretches of sand to explore in either direction. Or, catch a ride on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad for a quick trip down to the fishing village of Garibaldi five miles south.

Nicely designed house has plenty of space! Cleanliness excellent. We did not use the game room but it looked fun! About 3 block easy walk to great beach!

Nice family vacation rental

We loved everything about our stay! The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. It had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. The king bed was super comfy we slept so well. The bathrooms were amazing!!! I want that shower in my own home. The garage with games was an added bonus my boys enjoyed hanging out down there. The beach is just a short walk that we enjoyed. It even has a little gravel path around the pond to the store and main road. You can walk to any of the little shops easily. We had an amazing time! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back. :)

Quite possibly the best home in Rockaway Beach!

Everything is high end, well thought out, and immaculate! The only problem I had was that the converted garage/game room smelled VERY STRONGLY of dog, so I just avoided it during my stay. However, the kids still enjoyed the game room daily! My toddler asked, quite excitedly, if it was our new house. There was clear disappointment in his eyes when I told him it was only ours for a few days. The price we paid for what we got was amazing! I doubt the prices will ever be low enough for us to afford it again, but if they stay affordable, we will certainly be back again and again! Thank you for the amazing vacation destination!

Very nice home with great location

Came down with my family to spend a few days on Rockaway beach and we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had the basics to run a kitchen(could have better pans).The location makes the beach so accessible, the near by flamingo shop is awesome to shop for souvenirs and the people were so friendly. St Mary by the sea is a nice little church set right on the beach and is a beautiful place to visit. It is a 30 min drive to Tilamook and close to other local restaurants. Will definitely recommend this place and we will be back next time we visit.

A couple things could make it awesome

We loved staying here! The beds are comfortable. I didn't love the sheets in the master. The kitchen is not fully stocked, but workable. The basement shower drains slowly. The rec room/garage has a strong smell. I'm guessing that's the dogs area. We had an issue with the door. Texting worked the fastest and the issue was taken care of with good communication. Easy to find, close beach access, quiet place. We have a teen in a wheelchair and the entry level worked great. The floors could have been cleaner, but we had access to the vacuum. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Quaint little town centered amount other highlights. Wonderful girls getaway

We headed south all the way to Depoe Bay with lots of sightseeing along the way. Coming here as our resting spot was a pleasure. Plenty of roo to stretch out in.

The place was perfect. Everything is really well organized and the property is beautiful. We had a lot of fun and loved all the little details and care that was put into this place. Easy to get anywhere. Also, conveniently located by the tsunami evacuation for peace of mind.
