We chose this home for one simple reason: the amazingly private outdoor space. It’s the rare kind of getaway where you can relax outside in total peace, whether you’re sipping morning coffee or winding down after a full day exploring the coast.

What we love most about Old Village is the ability to walk or bike to our favorite local restaurants, neighborhood bars, scenic streets, and the ocean breeze. The area has an easygoing, coastal village feel that makes every day here feel like a true Lowcountry getaway. Inside and outside, the home has been fully renovated and we take great pride in the work we’ve done. It’s fresh, clean, comfortable, and designed for travelers who appreciate a modern space in a historic neighborhood. With 3 bedrooms (4 beds total, 1 king, 1 queen ,2 twins), and 2 full bath, our home has everything you need. Full kitchen stocked if you want to cook at home or grill on the patio, huge dining room, laundry with washer and dryer, spacious primary upstairs retreat with separate office, we have it all. Sit back and relax on our front porch, or in our private backyard oasis- the choice is yours.
