Mt Pleasant

We had a terrific vacation in Mt Pleasant! We loved the home the Green Whale, it fit our family perfectly and was well taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and the owners sent great info on the local area for food places, and things to do. We spent the days on the multiple beaches in the area (the fave was definitely The Folly Beach!).
Response from VrboOwner on 17 Aug, 2026
Thank you, Denise, for the kind review of Green Whale! Mount Pleasant is a great base for hitting all the area beaches, and Folly is a favorite around here too. Hope to welcome you back. Steven, iTrip Charleston Beaches

Adorable and Comfy

The Green Whale is a great place to stay in the Charleston area. The house is very comfortable and cozy, but also roomy. We found the kitchen to be very well-stocked with plenty of cooking vessels and utensils. The main bedroom is on the first floor and is really roomy. The other bedrooms are upstairs and are adorable. The owners have provided beach accessories so you don't have to lug your own chairs, towels, or umbrella. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a great location. We will be back!!
Response from VrboOwner on 2 Sept, 2026
Thank you, Susan, for the kind review of Green Whale! A properly stocked kitchen is one of those things guests only notice when it's missing, so it's good to hear it held up — and the beach gear saves everyone the packing. We'll look forward to having you back. Steven, iTrip Charleston Beaches

Great place to stay with everything you need. If we visit Mount Pleasant again, we will be checking to see if this place is available. My only recommendation would be to add one more tv to the house.
