The place was pretty clean. (While I did notice the plates in the cabinet were stacked and they were still wet, I wasn’t overly bothered by that). I got a text with my door code prior to arriving and that’s basically what check-in was. Extremely convenient and straight forward. 2-3 minutes from Miramar beach. The pool and lazy river was great. I will definitely be back. The place was great. I love the addition of the kids books. With the tall sinks it would be nice to add a foldable stool for the littles!

Property was clean but tile in both bathrooms was damaged.. appear to be paint or adhesive left over from construction that remains on the floor. Kitchen would not be great for someone wanting to cook meals for a family. Elevator was SCARY!! Sounds as if it is going to break at any point. Pools are very nice and clean and wonderful for children. There is no view if beach or ocean from room. It is a LONG walk to the beach ( .8 miles) Bed was nice. Plenty of towels.

We're also happy the pools were a hit — they really are a favorite for families with kids. That said, we're sorry to hear about the construction residue left on the bathroom tile — that shouldn't have been there, and we'll be following up with our housekeeping and maintenance team to get it addressed. We also appreciate you flagging the elevator; guest safety and peace of mind matter to us, and we'll have that inspected right away. We're sorry as well that the kitchen setup didn't meet your needs for cooking full family meals, and that the distance to the beach and lack of an ocean view weren't what you expected — we want guests to have accurate expectations going in, so we'll take a look at how that's communicated. Thank you again for this honest, thorough feedback — it genuinely helps us improve the guest experience.

Super family friendly campus, and not over crowded. The room space was super clean and crisp. Nothing bad to say about the space, except the kitchen was really limited on supplies, couldn’t have cooked a meal if I wanted to(unless it was made in the microwave). But we made due for the few days we stayed. Spent the time we were there at the pool/lazy river, which was a big hit.

The condo was just as beautiful and clean as described, and the pool was sparkling! It was also really convenient to get around.
