SituĂ© dans un coin tranquille entre Seaside Heights et Seaside Park, le Clocktower Condominiums offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Notre bĂątiment est Ă  2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage, ce qui vous permet de vous dĂ©tendre et de profiter du chaud soleil d’étĂ©. Chaque unitĂ© est Ă©quipĂ©e de chaises de plage et de laissez-passer pour vous donner accĂšs Ă  la plage. Le long de la plage, se trouve la tristement cĂ©lĂšbre promenade avec de nombreux jeux, mini golf, manĂšges et autres activitĂ©s pour les enfants et les adultes, Ă  profiter de la journĂ©e ou de la nuit. Clocktower Condominiums est Ă©galement entourĂ© d'une variĂ©tĂ© d'excellents restaurants: la plupart sont accessibles Ă  pied.

LE BÂTIMENT:
Notre bĂątiment s'adresse exclusivement aux familles et aux groupes d'adultes - aucun groupe de bal n'est autorisĂ©. Nous sommes fiers de garder chaque unitĂ© et les parties communes en parfait Ă©tat pour que nos clients puissent en profiter. Le bĂątiment est entiĂšrement sĂ©curisĂ© avec un parking souterrain et fermĂ© et un ascenseur commercial avec accĂšs Ă  chaque Ă©tage. Chaque unitĂ© est fourni 2 espaces dans le garage. Notre toit offre un endroit idĂ©al pour profiter du soleil et piquer une tĂȘte dans notre bassin profond. Nous avons Ă©galement un espace commun oĂč vous pourrez profiter d'une belle vue sur le coucher de soleil.

L'UNITÉ:
Cette unité est entiÚrement meublée avec cuisine et salles de bains en granit / marbre, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, CVC et une terrasse de la chambre principale. La chambre principale a deux lits Queen et une salle de bain privée complÚte. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits Queen et est directement à cÎté de la salle de bain complÚte, couloir. L'unité a sa propre laveuse et sécheuse. Nous fournissons des télévisions par cùble dans le salon et la chambre principale ainsi que la connectivité Wifi.

Property owner is not only a great person, she treats you like family. Makes you feel right at home while on vacation. My 4 kids, wife and I had a great time. Highly recommend staying here. Great accommodations and close to the beach.

Great Stay!

we had a lovely time stay in our unit. As shown in the pictures, the place was clean short distance to the beach short distance to the boardwalk and short distance to the bridge to hop into Tom’s River. We were able to walk to all restaurants and the owner let us know some of the good ones to try! The pool was such a wonderful added bonus after walking back on hot days at the ocean. I think my favorite night was watching the fireworks from the roof! If I ever return to Seaside, I will be booking here again for sure.

Loved this place!

We loved staying at this place and will absolutely stay there again. Very close to the boardwalk and the beach, the apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Also loved the rooftop pool. Thank you Kristen for making us feel welcome and comfortable.

Beautiful rental

We had a great mini vacation and loved the condo

The condos were even nicer than the pics. Extremely clean and well appointed. Loved the pool and balcony. Owners were super nice. We brought a ton of stuff and there’s a huge elevator and wagons to bring stuff upstairs. Really 5 stars!

Such an AMAZING stay!

My family and I had a great Memorial weekend at the Clocktower Condominiums. The condo was cozy, extremely clean and within walking distance to the boardwalk, local bars and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and made us feel like family. The rooftop pool and game room was phenomenal. Nothing bad to say about the unit it's all positive. the one thing that would make this a perfect getaway would be being directly on the beach but walking the two blocks or so was not a big deal. The dunk pool was great and the hosts were very accommodating.

Outstanding experience and one of our best vacations ever!!

The property is amazingly clean, super functionable and easy to navigate, and in the perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk. The outside salt pool, game room, indoor garage put the trip over the top! However, nothing was as great as meeting and getting to know Kristin and her family. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave great suggestions on food, shopping, and event/activities that are going on. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay there again!!

Modern updated Seaside living in great location!

Kristen’s place was great for our group and ideal location for beach l, Boardwalk, and resort style relaxation. Great communication and help during our stay for anything. Linens, towels, beach passes, chairs, full kitchenware, and toiletries provided. Just bring your suitcases and enjoy. Walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Plenty of restaurants Togo for food or outdoor dining nearby. Thanks again, look forward to our stay again!

Vacation 2022

This was our first stay the clock tower condo . It was clean , roomy and the owner was sweet , and always available to answer questions ! My family loved it and the location was amazing ! I would recommend this condo to any of my friends or family . We have come to Seaside for the last 50 years with family . It was sooo convenient to have full kitchen with 4 kids .

This makes it a uniquely quiet and private oasis. It was built to the highest standard and remains the finest beach property in Seaside and its surrounding beach communities.

For the discerning ones...........there simply is no finer. We are family run and pride ourselves in keeping the building quiet and clean. We rent to family groups and mature adults couples only. We do not rent to groups of young adults. Not sure yet.....read the reviews.
