Donna was a wonderful host and so responsive when we had an issue with the AC. This was perfect place for our stay. A block away fromthe beach and close to the venue where a CrossFit competition was held that I was participating in. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a quick breakfast and heating up pizza. I would stay here again if I find myself back in South Beach!!

The space was amazing, and the location even better. It is in the middle of where you want to be in South Beach, yet with the space is very quiet! Donna's place had a tremendous amount of added touches that made it special. We plan to return to South Beach and when we do, we will stay here again.

Great Place

Donna has put great thought into ensuring your stay will be comfortable.Place looks just like the pictures.The condo has everything you need for a great stay.Centrally located with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.Short walk to the beach.I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Even better than we expected

The apartment was exactly as described - clean, comfortable and perfectly located for a great visit to Miami Beach/Miami. We had everything we needed and especially appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Donna was a very accommodating and responsive host. We hope to stay in her apartment again!

Winter Getaway

It was fast and very efficient to book this property. Everything was stated exactly as it was. Great walking distance to everything. Lots of shopping and great places to eat. Only 1 block to Ocean Drive and the beach. Donna was an excellent host. Will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular

Location! Location! Location! Short 5 minute walk to the beach and everything one might need withing a couple blocks. Clean and comfortable. Many accessories for light food preparation.

Multiple repeat returns

We stay here every time we come to Miami. Location cannot be heat, three locks to get in/out, police within a block. The grocery reopened directly below and has lots of things. Very clean, convenient to have kitchen on site and close to everything!!

Perfect for Two!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Donna was the sweetest, she called and directed me to the place. She was very patient with me and made sure I got in the building and into my room. The pictures does the place no justice, it was very nice. I will definitely book this place again when we return.

Terrific place to stay

We had a great time at this condo. The location was perfect, one block from the beach, with many great restaurant’s very close by. We made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella and all the other little niceties that were provided to us. The condo was very clean and really had everything you need. The communication I had with Donna was excellent, and she really tries to take care of her guests. I highly recommend this condo to anyone, and we are looking forward to coming back

I had a great time and pretended to lived in South Beach for a week! All entrances were key pads so no need to worry about physical keys. The place was well kept and clean. If you want to be right where the action is, this place is for you!

Return Visitors

We stay here every time we come down to visit. Just big enough to use for us as a couple and a block to beach access. There is a closet of things to use including beach accessories with towels! It has a gated code for all three entrances so feels very safe and no need to carry keys! Small kitchen is plenty to keep snacks or even cook a dinner! Wonderful place and we will never choose another!!

Great location!!! 1 block from the beach!!!

This unit was in a very good location. Close to all shops, bars, food etc. Very easy access. It's very comfortable and cozy! Also the host (Donna) is easy to work with and very nice! Easy to contact her if anything is needed. It was a pleasure staying here during my stay.will definitely contact Donna again for my next stay. I usually got to SOBE several times a year.

Donna was an amazing host. The property is perfectly located one block from the beach on Collins Avenue in South Beach. The unit is fully air-conditioned and features double-paned windows, ensuring quiet despite the lively surroundings. The unit includes a full kitchen with essentials like a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. The bathroom is well-equipped with a bath, shower, and clean towels. High-speed WiFi makes it ideal for digital nomads. We appreciated the beach supplies: Tommy Bahama chairs, plenty of towels, and a portable umbrella. A Cuban cafe downstairs offers great coffee and serves as luggage storage. The Versace Mansion nearby offers excellent dining at a reasonable price. Overall, a great experience! We'd definitely return.

We cannot express enough how impressed we were with this property! It was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The exterior noise was minimal even with the louder events on Ocean Drive. The room has a comfortable bed and added daybed that could easily be used for additional guests. The kitchen is a full kitchen including stove, a wonderful closet including towels, beach toys, and chairs, and we even received a complimentary snack basket on arrival! We cannot say enough positive things, we will definitely be back!!

If you want a full South Beach Experience, this is the place

We absolutely LOVED this place. It was absolutely PERFECT for us!! We were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and wanted a place right in the heartbeat of South Beach Miami where we could be introverts and extroverts at the same time. This place was perfect for us to acheive that goal! It is about a block from the beach, which was amazing for us; and there was a mini-mart around the corner where we could get groceries to fill the fridge and cook when we wanted to just stay in and watch some TV and everything going on outside the window. It is located on the corner of two cross streets which was very "entertaining" at night to see all of the south beach action. This place is LITERALLY the hub of South Beahc. There is a 24/7 restaurant right across the street that had very good food (the Jamaican tiki drink and lemon wings were to die for...we went there twice and the staff began calling us by name as if we were regulars. LOL). The hostess (Donna) for the unit was great, and she gave us all we needed to move about in a touchless environment (which was important to me because my hubby is a germa phobe, so being outside our bubble in a new place was hard for him), and when I had an issue with the key entry and internet, Donna was quick to respond. The unit is immaculate and included things of comfort which I was not expecting and had packed...yet...there they were available for our use. The unit is EXACTLY as pictured, yet much more user-friendly than expected. The only caveat that I would say to potential renters is that the neighborhood is TRUE south beach; AKA URBAN. Meaning...for us, this place was perfect. But if you are more bougie or less inclined to an urban environment...you might be a little apprehensive about the neighborhood and the outside area around the unit. We absolutely LOVED everything about this unit location and it being in the heartbeat of south beach WITHOUT the need for a rental car AT ALL. But I can see where others may find the "heartbeat" location a bit cautious for them. Overall...We absolutely loved the location and the unit. It was PERFECT for us and a wonderful place for our Annniversary 5-day vacay! Thank you to the host, Donna!

Donna ist die herzlichste und zuvorkommendste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur vorstellen kann! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Sogar Strandzubehör. Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in South Beach nicht mal 5 min. vom Strand entfernt. Unzählige Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in direkter Nähe. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Miami sind, werden wir definitiv wieder bei Donna wohnen!

Es war eine super zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Es war wie beschrieben nicht weit zum Strand zum Supermarket. Und es war alles zu Fuss zu erreichen.Donna war eine super tolle Gastgeberin sie war bei allen Fragen für uns da hat schnell geantwortet. Sehr empfehlenswert wir kommen wieder.
