The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bath, while the guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a full bathroom located just across the hallway. In winter, enjoy an easy 300-yard walk to the top of Big Birch ski slope, and take advantage of the perfect sledding hill located just outside the building. You’re also a short drive from hiking trails, ice skating, additional sledding areas, and charming downtown Banner Elk.

Rental was close to mnt, but no street care(salting and/or cinders) made getting to and from rental difficult. Rental was awesome didn't realize washer dryer not in rental. But close by!I do think 4x4 should be more proclaimed. But my fault for underestimating the weather!!
