This unique new build in Historic Downtown Wilmington is perfect for large groups wanting to experience all the city has to offer. Four tree-lined blocks from the Riverfront District, the house offers a beautiful walk to some of Wilmington’s best restaurants - Seabird, Dram Yard, Savorez and more. The house is ideally located between the river and the beach - just a twenty minute drive to the waves of Wrightsville Beach, one of Travel + Leisure’s 25 Best Beaches in the US.

The space
Spacious and light-filled with tall ceilings and unique accents, the Lookout sleeps up to 14 guests with 4 bedrooms and a lofted lookout. The home's design blends a modern aesthetic into the historically-inspired space - furnished with premium furniture brands like Floyd and Crate & Barrel and styled with locally commissioned art from Modern Coast Co. Designed to accommodate large groups, the open floor plan features an oversized dining table, breakfast nook and 4-top kitchen island. The wrap-around porch includes loungers, and an eight-seat dining table - a great place to enjoy the coastal weather.

We all loved the location (easy walk to the riverwalk) and close to family members who live neartby. All rooms were attractively decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect to help prepare Thanksgiving sides. Best of all, our host was wonderfully responsive and very acommodating when we had a difficlut situation. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect. We had a golf trip with 6 guys and the house had plenty of space and beds/bathrooms for everyone. Very clean and about a 10 minute walk from all the places we wanted to eat in downtown ILM. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

This was the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! We had a big family (7 adults and 2 babies) staying and it was perfectly sized. It was clean, well stocked and in a very convenient location.
