Segundo piso, la cocina / sala de estar fue renovada / amueblada en 2017. Todos los baños y habitaciones nuevos renovados en 2012. Unidad para un máximo de 6 personas: 1 rey, 1 gemelos, 1 completo.
Pintoresco, tranquilo, y la calidad de un resort boutique, no la molestia, el ruido, la naturaleza impersonal de un hotel. Se convertirá en parte de nuestra familia de Sand Cay, y esperamos su regreso año tras año.

Great stay !

Best location on the property! Walk 50 feet and your in sand. Elevated on 2nd floor so you see some great sunsets and ocean views. Very nice condo unit, had all the extras you need for a great family beach stay. Highly recommend!

Longboat Paradise

Beautiful and peaceful property with the perfect view of the Gulf. The property managers were easy to contact and you couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. Hopefully, this unit is available to us next year.

The beach was the beach and hot for this time of year as expected. The only issue was the very loud music between two separate groups at the pool on the 27th.

This property’s location was awesome. The unit was clean….comfortable….beautiful views of the gulf.The bed was comfortable….the furniture was pretty good…kitchen could use more streamlined glassware…plates…etcOverall….a great stay and we would definitely return!!!

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation

It was magical! The beach was beautiful, the condo was clean and spacious with an unbelievably gorgeous view of the ocean, and the ocean was clear and perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. It was an absolutely delightful vacation spot!

Nice stay!

Great view of the ocean from the unit! Good space for 2-4 people. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and the unit was very clean. Nice location on the beach for walking and collecting shells. I would return for sure.

The condos are always clean and comfortable with lovely views. The pool and beach are both fun because the staff ensures there are plenty of toys for the kiddos to use. We live to use the community grills while there too. And it’s an easy drive to restaurants and activities alike. The icing on the cake is the lovely staff. They go above and beyond to make us feel at home. We can’t wait for next year!

Your own place on the beach

The feel of owning a place on the beach, no tourist tower and congested areas, no "saving chairs" by the pool, etc. Do your own cooking an enjoy the view. This unit is as pictured, a wonderful oceanfront view from the balcony, kitchen, and family room. Was perfect for our small family (2 Adults, 2 Kids).

Perfect spot

This unit had perfect ocean view and appointed with everything you needed and more. Sand Cay is the best place to stay on Longboat, as it does not have a stale and bland hotel feel. The private beach is exponentially less crowded than that of the neighbor beaches. We drove up and dowm longboat and Anna Maria and won't stay anywhere else next time but this unit at sand cay
