Beach view from 2 bedrooms. Beach access was incredibly easy- directly across the street! Pool was perfect size without feeling crowded.

Nice view of the bay and the ocean. Just walk across the road to the beach, nice soft sand and the water was beautiful. Condo was perfect size for girls family annual family trip. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a beautiful quiet beach, nice pool on site and quiet condo.

The condo was super comfy and well maintained. The condo had all the essentials needed. The host was pleasant and very easy to communicate with. The condo location is fabulous! The beach just a few steps away and a great pier on the property for fishing on the bay side. My son had a blast catching fish day and night! This section of the beach is quiet and not crowded. I would definitely book here again.

Amazing!! Watched sunrise & sunset from screened front & back porches! Location is fantastic and condo is spacious but not too fancy - with hand painted murals by Gail Hinton. Beach is across the road and dock in back yard was great for fishing. Pull the trigger … you’ll be in paradise!

Love these condos

Enjoy our stay. Love that you just have to walk across a 2 lane street to get to the beach and you have the bay in the back.

The trip started out great. The place was ready before 3pm and it looked exactly like the pictures. We were excited to be able to spread out in separate bedrooms, but also come together in the common areas. We quickly realized there was construction happening on property and would be woken up at 8 each morning of our stay with the sounds of a jack hammer. These sounds would continue off and on until 5pm. The construction was taking place near the pool. So we only felt comfortable using this amenity one day of the trip, when dust wasn’t flying everywhere. We were on our annual girls trip so we tried to brush it off and make the best of our stay until the last day. (The day before check out I received communication asking when we would be leaving. I told the management company 10am, check out time). While waiting for our ride, a man entered the condo at 9:40 without announcing his presents. We quickly said, “hello??”, and he left without saying a word. Ten minutes later our ride was arriving. We went to leave and the man was waiting right outside the door. The area was small and we had a difficult time moving around him with our bags. Again, he did not say a word. We were made to feel very uncomfortable and rushed!While the condo was nice, and the location was wonderful, we will never be staying here again.

We apologize about the construction during your stay. The association never gave us a heads up that they still had a few more balconies to complete. We were made aware that they were done. The condo is excellent. View of both water fronts, spacious, comfortable furniture and all amenities functioned properly. We would rate a 5 if we didn’t have to wait until almost 4PM to access.

Perfect Relaxation

It was perfect distance to the beach. Beautiful ocean view off bedroom balcony and there was a beautiful bay view off the living room and master bedroom balcony. House had everything we needed and very clean. Absolutely perfect!

This property was definitely older but super clean. Very spacious and laid out well. The beach is literally across the street and so close to lovely Coquina beach with a great area to hang for the day. The only thing we noticed was a very musty/mildew smell in the living area. Probably due to lots of rain.

Unique Property with both bay and gulf views

I will rate the views from the front and back patios 5 stars! Your back patio is right on the bay with plenty of nature to view and the front patio has views of the gulf. The apartment is clean but could use some updating. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place.

The condo was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. You cannot beat the location. The ocean views are stunning, as are the bayside views. We had three teenagers with us and it fit us perfectly. The owners have provided a ton of beach equipment, which we loved. The provided plates are too big for the dishwasher, so that was a mild inconvenience. Two of the eyes on the stove didn’t work, so preparing food was difficult. We called the number on the refrigerator but never heard back from the rental company. I now wonder if that is an outdated number. We had a wonderful week and I’m already excited about planning next year’s trip!

The Beach, Bay and Pool were all within walking distance!

The condo was very spacious - even for 3 adult couples. It was on the second floor so we had lots of exercise going up and down the steps. The storage closet had lots of beach supplies including chairs, umbrella, tarp, fishing rods and beach toys. We spend lots of time in the pool and just walked across the street to go to the beach. Memorial Weekend had a lot of traffic because there was only one road, but we had already shopped for supplies so we didn't need to go out. With no traffic, everything was within 3 miles and easy to get to. We never left the island until it was time to go home. We even rented a pontoon boat from Twisted Anchors and they delivered the boat to the ramp less than a quarter mile away. Very convenient. I would definitely rent on Anna Maria Island again.

Real Estate company contacted me right before we were packing to leave for our trip. Rep from RE Mgmt Co stated that the roof was being repaired at the condo we booked. She said the pool wouldn’t be open till Fri, Aug 22. This was the expected completion date for the roof. Although she offered to relocate us, it had taken a long time to find this location, so we declined. They eventually gave us a discount on what we originally paid, But overall this really negatively affected our trip. Workers above the bedroom @ 7:00am pounding & drilling. Pool was never opened during our stay. Soot & chunks of roofing all over the balconies & outdoor areas. Very disappointing!!

When you declined we figured the best we could do for you in offer you a partial refund. Seems like a bad review was not necessary since you all decided to stay and take the discounted rate.
