The stay was terrible

Didn’t like it at all.. there were bugs in the kitchen, the carpet was not clean, the first day of the arrival the handle of the bathroom was broken! The house was not clean at all .. the mattress were very old... not a good night sleep

Looks can be deceiving

Looks can be decieving. Sofa didnt have legs and the love seat had 2 broken legs. Smoke alarm battery was low beeped all night. A number of issues.

Stay was good. Some things could of been better but overall was okay.. too much bleach in the jacuzzi. Would love to have full length mirror in the home to check yourself out. The dishwasher didn’t work. The air conditioning fluctated on its own no matter the parameters. And the linen wasn’t all that clean had to be washed. Other than that stay was good.. would suggest to other vacationers.

The stay was excellent only downfall the jacuzzi didn’t work.

Great rental home to stay while in Orlando definitely would recommend it great location center of the attractions.

Beautiful place, but HUGE problems

This place was very aesthetically pleasing but we had huge issues during our staying. Our main complaint is that the last time I got a hold of the property manager was Thursday at 9am. Since then I have called, texted, and email all the numbers I had available to me. On arriving we noticed the couch was broken and that either the cleaners or owners had tried to cheaply fix it or the previous guest tried to tape the leg back on that was broken. Also a huge reason why we chose this house was because of the personal hot tub. We went in on Friday night and stayed in about 20 minutes before we all agreed our skin was kind of burning. When we got out our skin was immediately red and looked like we had a chemical burn and it didn't stop for hours with extremely dry flaky skin to follow. Also our bathing suits were completely ruined and bleached. That was the main complaints but also a more minor complaint is that on the website it is described with 1 king bed 2 queens and 1 bunk bed. All was correct except one of the "queens" was not, it was a full and was very small and uncomfortable for a couple to sleep on. We feel that this house was not described as and didn't meet our expectations, especially for the price we paid for. This was a huge let down, we chose this willing to pay even extra for this place over others, since it had the hot tub and we ended up not being able to enjoy it and it horribly burning our skin and ruining our bathing suits. To try to fix this inconvenience and less than desirable experience, we got a ahold of VRBO and they ended up sending our complaint to the owner and property manager who has yet to get back with us to find a solution.
