Sunshine House - charming 2 bedroom close to Downtown and the Legacy Trail.

Great location! This is a family friendly home, close to downtown and beaches, with a pool, fenced yard, and a large, screened porch for lounging and having meals outside. Close to all the great things Sarasota has to offer- museums, gardens, theaters, shopping, Sarasota Bay, and beaches. The house is just around the corner from the Legacy Trail and Payne Park. The house is 1.5 miles from downtown, 10 min to St. Armands, 15 min to Lido Beach, and about 20 min Siesta Key Beach. Up to two dogs considered with a fee. Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.

We had a wonderful stay. Leslie is an amazing host with excellent attention to details. Great communication, spotlessly clean and well-appointed accommodations. The decor and furnishings are even cuter than the photos. The property is centrally located - easy access to everything - but is also very quiet and peaceful. We loved spending time on the screened-in porch in the mornings and evenings, and especially during rain showers. We only dipped our toes in the pool, but found it a nice addition for keeping cool and added ambiance. (Loved the flamingos.) We ate most meals in, grilling dinner several times on the back patio, and the property had everything we needed for cooking. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you, Leslie!
