Chuck and Jim have a beautiful home and were fantastic hosts and made our stay most enjoyable.

All good things to say about this property. Great location - very close to downtown and the beach. Inside was immaculate and the backyard was beautiful, relaxing oasis.

"Smell the sea and feel the sky...Let your soul and spirit fly"

First of all, Jim and Chuck are fantastic hosts! I really appreciated the time and effort they took, to meet and greet us at check-in. I could write about how beautiful the house and gardens are, or about how the house had everything one would ever need. I could say how convenient the location was to downtown. Everybody, I'm sure would say that. This house has something special. This house makes you feel.......loved. Not love.....But "loved"...The positive energy in this home is incredible. Your heart, mind, body, and spirit connect to the pulse of this place very effortlessly. I felt true peace and happiness being in this home. I truly didnt want to leave.

Charming and Fresh, Super Hosts

This home is just about perfect. Updated, beautiful, cozy, comfortable and fully equipped. Magical garden space in the back! Hosts are extremely responsive, accommodating and so nice. Short walk to excellent restaurants, bars and shops, location is ideal. Everyone in my family loved it so much we extended our stay. 10 out of 10!

Gem perfect for couple or small family

This home was perfect for us! The decor was delightful with a lovely tropical and shaded patio for relaxing. A short walk to restaurants, shopping, downtown Sarasota so we were able to walk many places. The owners have great taste and have taken care to be sure every kitchen, grill, and comfort wish has been addressed. We can't wait to return to this lovely home!

Perfect home

The owners were more than helpful and willing to do whatever we asked. The house is supplied with everything one might need. The garden is beautiful, the house immaculate and very homey We definitely will be back

Beautiful house and gardens

The owners were amazingly helpful and even provided a gift basket full of goodies. The kitchen was well stocked, the other rooms large and comfortable. For me, the garden was the highlight, beautifully landscaped with palms, fern, and colorful annuals. We loved being there.

Wonderful NY's

Jim is a wonderful manager with an immediate response to our needs. He has a beautiful home to share. The outdoor garden is a peaceful oasis putting the icing on the cake for the home. The home is beautiful with a recent renovation and wonderful upgrades throughout making it feel like home. The beds are comfortable, the house is impeccably clean throughout. The layout is spacious for the size as it was well managed. Loved all the kitchen supplies there was nothing forgotten. We were able to walk to the NY events downtown and felt safe in the neighborhood. We visited several beaches in the area about 20 min away. Outlet shopping at Ellerton was great about 20 min away . Movies downtown 3 min away or in Bradenton 20 min away. Experienced authentic Mexican at La Primavera Supermarket & Restaurant 3 min away. I would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home in terrific downtown location

We loved staying at Jim's house. The kitchen is well equipped, the king bed is super comfortable, and the backyard is gorgeous. There is an outdoor kitchen and we ate many meals in the lush backyard garden. Supplies were plentiful - lots of bathroom towels and soap, hangers in the closet, condiments and bottled water in the kitchen, and outdoor furniture in the backyard. Wifi works well, and there is a new washer and dryer - so convenient. The owners have thought of everything and left us a beautiful basket of snacks. The location is perfect for walking to Main St with all the neat restaurants and shops. Parking is difficult on Main St so it was great to be able to walk there. We hope to stay at this home again.

Fantastic home, amazing hosts and great location

The property is finished and maintained to a very high / luxurious standard, both internally and externally. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The hosts are very generous, communication is 100% efficient and they are a pleasure to deal with. They have gone way beyond what we expected. The location is great; a quiet neighbourhood - less than 10 minutes walk from downtown Sarasota. We stayed with our two small kids which worked really well (very nice, secure back yard) but would also suit a couple or friends staying together. Laundry / kitchen fully stocked with every possible utensil. A/C, WiFi & Cable TV were all 100%. We hope we get the opportunity to come back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
