Very cute and nicely appropriated house. Parking was a bit limited but workable. The host was very responsive. The backyard offered a cozy and quiet place to relax. The upstairs bedroom was a bit warm when we arrived but cooled down easily.

The property was in a great location, walking distance to Old Colorado City and just a couple minutes driving to Manitou Springs. The house was clean and appointed with the basic amenities necessary. It was just what we needed and expected at the reasonable price point we paid. The upstairs 3rd bedroom utilizes a window unit a/c that was insufficient to cool the space, which was the only negative factor of our stay. When brought to the property manager’s attention they were very responsive and offered immediate solutions to remedy the issue. Overall this was a great place to stay.

The outside of the house is a bit rough, but the inside is very nice. The bedrooms on the main level are a good size. The upstairs bedroom was a bit warm, compared to the rest of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. And you can’t beat the location! It is 10 minutes from 7 Falls, Garden of the Gods, & Red Rock Canyon open space, plus Old Colorado City.

The property was clean, comfortable and great for what we needed. It was close to attractions we wanted to see and accommodated our party of 4 well. The check in/out process was easy. The reasons for the 4 stars (versus 5) - the house is walking distance to some restaurants and stores but the surrounding neighborhood seemed questionable; we didn’t walk. Also, we didn’t need to use the upstairs but it was quite warm up there when we explored it. Lastly, I don’t know if this is a VRBO or owner policy but I was asked if I wanted early check in or late check out for a fee, and there were incremental fees for 1 versus 2 hours. This seemed petty and I’ve never been charged for early check-in. It was always a matter of whether or not the cleaning service was completed.
