Another couch that converts into a bed for two. Spectacular backyard deck with full-size grill, heater, and kids play set -- perfect for summer entertainment both inside and out! After graduating from college, we settled down in the Colorado Springs wanting to be in an area that would allow us quick and easy access to outdoor recreation, conveniences of the city, outstanding opportunities to host gatherings in our home/backyard as well as nearby adventures for the entire family.

What makes this property unique

The views quiet, serene environment are truly unbelievable. Many wildlife animals grace their presence in/around our house -- from deer, rabbits, and bighorn sheep on the bluff behind us.
