You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Here is the "rules" highlights (or at least what is the most important to know.) 1. Please follow the complex rules which are posted. 2. The is a charge of $50 for lost keys. We are charged for keys and have to pay to have them replaced. 3. Empty the garbage before you check out. Ants are a problem so I make sure the garbage is taken out every day. 4. Please do the dishes before checking out (avoiding ants) and the housekeeping will take care of the rest. 5. If you want an early or late check in or out, we must know in advance so that we can let the Housekeeping know. Last minute requests are just too difficult to make happen. 6. Be cautious of what you put in the garbage disposal. These are old buildings and the plumbing is temperamental. 7. Please leave the key in the lock box so you are never locked out of the condo. 8. Don't bleach the towels 9. Finally, have a wonderful stay!!!

About Julie Sandberg
This is our first home in Maui and Craig and I are so very excited to be sharing it with you. We were married there 15 years ago and feel like the islands are home to us. It is our goal to share time between Maui and the Mainland (Sacramento Area) until we can be there on a more full time basis. We have a son that has lived on Maui for 20 years and has been instrumental in our ability to own 2 condos on Maui and be able to offer them to you. Craig recently passed the Hawaiian Bar at 60 years old and I received my Hawaiian Real Estate License. It is our goal to work a little and play a lot. We love the Honokowai/Kahana/Napili area so much (and our son lives 2 blocks away) and we have spent so much time there that we feel part of the community. We love the community and the people. One way is Lahaina and Ka’anapali and the other way is Napili Bay and Kapalua.
