Thank you for the five-star review and for staying at Parkside Place. I’m glad the layout, décor, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, games, fenced yard, and front porch/back patio made your stay enjoyable. Thank you also for noting the single bathroom; the listing does indicate one, but your feedback is valuable. We appreciate your comments and would welcome you back anytime.

Really nice place with an unbeatable location. It was great to be able to walk to midtown in a few minutes and downtown in about 15.Amenities were exactly as described and in good condition. We only cooked a little, but everything we needed was present in the kitchen. The yard is excellent and the next door neighbors were very kind and friendly. The king bed was slightly too soft for my preference, but the queen bed was firmer so we just slept in there. Nothing at all wrong with either bed since people have different preferences for mattresses. Very good stay, smoothly managed by the hosts. We would stay again.
