Immaculate 2-bed, 2-bath modern home in the heart of Coeur d'Alene. This fully upgraded retreat features a dedicated loft office, a gourmet kitchen, and AC. Perfectly located just a half-mile from Riverstone, the Spokane River, and the Centennial Trail. Ideal for couples, small families, or remote workers seeking a stylish and convenient Idaho getaway. Comfortably sleeps 4.

Step into a bright, open-concept living space filled with an abundance of natural light. This modern home is designed for comfort and convenience.

Living Area: Cozy space with a comfortable sofa and an elegant electric fireplace.

Kitchen: A fully equipped chef's kitchen featuring sleek quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal.

Bedrooms: Two serene bedrooms provide a peaceful environment for a restful night's sleep.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, both appointed with contemporary, fully tiled showers for a spa-like feel.

Workspace: A dedicated loft office area provides a quiet and productive space for remote work or study.

Climate Control: The home is equipped with three mini-splits, providing personalized air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.

Garage: Guests have use of a finished, heated garage.

Guest Access: Guests will have complete and private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, the dedicated loft office, and the finished garage. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and self-check-in.

Interaction With Guests: We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present at the property, but we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or recommendations. Please feel free to reach out to us through the app at any time.

Mini split in family room did not work until Monday 11/3, I got there on 10/31. She did bring over a space heater but not much help. Dishwasher soap dispenser did not open, vitamin did not work, no spices in home(who wants to go out & buy spices for a short stay). So I bought garlic and had nothing else. Many other extras I did not necessarily need. Soap,shampoo/conditioer, lotion. Towels were scratchy. Nice to have a garage & yard for the pups but thought the neighborhood had sidewalks for walking. I did go to Riverstone which was close by.

This was our second stay at Ammon Place. Sarah is so accommodating and helpful. Her place is so invi0ting and spotless. She has thought of everything to feel at home. Pets are allowed with a fee . We will be returning since we know what will be waiting for us...no surprises here.

The beds were very comfortable as well as the bedding. I appreciated all of the dishes, pans & how well furnished the kitchen was as far as small appliances. The host was very responsive with questions I had prior to our stay. Very happy about our stay.

Great property

We found the property to be as advertised and consistent with all the 5 star reviews. Modern and new, comfortable bed, nice bathrooms, helpful amenities. We even used the dumbbells to support our exercise routine. Sarah is very accessible for any questions. Access is easy. Location is good with so much a short drive away.

Nicely Upgraded Property in CDA

Really neat property! Very well appointed and furnished. While not a huge property, very livable and great CDA location to be able to get around town. Very very clean.

Awesome spot. Just close enough to downtown (Sherman) that you could walk or drive but also far enough away to have a relaxing stay. House was decorated very nice! Only “complaint” would be adding a tv to the downstairs bedroom would be nice. Other than that it was perfect!

Getaway in CDA

Unit was spacious for 2 people and remodeled inside, also nice to have an attached garage. Backyard was cozy to hangout. We did several loads of laundry so that was convenient. The neighbors were quiet and it seemed to be safe, however, the houses in this neighborhood and around this complex was in (our opinion) a bit run down.

Cozy townhome and wonderful location

Cozy townhome with friendly neighbors. Great location, walkable to the water and some shops and restaurants. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities of high quality products and the kitchen is stocked with basics which was helpful for meal prep. Would stay again! Comfortable home/wonderful host

We really liked the fact we could park in the garage. The home was comfortable, the beds very comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was perfect for our dog also. The host was super nice and all of her instructions were very detailed. Will definitely stay again.

Ammon Place

This was a great property for my wife and I. It is conveniently located with nearby freeway access. Just a few minutes for downtown and the lake. Saran was a great host with the property being clean and ready for us. She made check in a breeze. I would highly recommend Ammon Place to anyone coming to Coeur D’Alene.

Thanksgiving in CDA

Nice clean cozy property for 3 of us and pup. Easy access off of 95, and can walk to the greenbelt trail. Beds were comfy. Place is super quiet. Not much of a view of anything, but it's CDA, and you should head outside for that anyway.

Wonderful place to stay

This gem had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms were a plus and the beds were very comfy! The kitchen was well stocked-we didn't do any cooking but everything one would need is there. My hubby mentioned a better chair in the office nook would be great (he unfortunately had some office work to do) but the space was great! Communication was excellent and the place was spotless! Use of the garage was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again-we are frequent visitors since our grandbaby lives in the area! :-)

Hi! My name is Sarah, I'm originally from Virginia but have called Coeur d'Alene home for the past 12 years. My husband and I have two daughters, and we enjoy everything the Coeur d'Alene area offers, including camping, hiking, skiing, huckleberry picking, bike riding, playing pickleball, and spending time at the lake.

I love providing a peaceful, convenient, modern "home away from home" so my guests can make the most of their time in Coeur d'Alene. When asked, I am happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities, so I can help make your stay as wonderful as possible.

I also rent a "tiny house" close to Rockford Bay, with RV and boat parking - please contact me if you would be interested in both properties.

This is a perfect neighborhood for easy access to Kootenai Hospital (walking distance), and is just a few minutes' drive away from downtown Coeur d'Alene, Riverstone, Highway 95, and Interstate I90. Within half-a-mile are a Safeway, two Starbucks, many restaurants, shopping, movie theater, Rite-Aid Pharmacy, and Wells Fargo Bank.

There is an elementary school .25 miles away with a field and playground open to the public when school is not in session.
