This beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit sleeps 10 comfortably! This condo overlooks the botanical gardens and is a minute's walk to the lagoon pool, lazy river and aquatic garden area. The master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed, with Queen beds in the third and fourth bedrooms. For additional sleeping space, there is a sleeper sofa in the spacious living room.

Home was extremely nice. Immaculately clean. Patio was relaxing. The bedrooms were cozy and had ample room. Nice oversized bathrooms and walk-in closets. Huge kitchen for cooking and plenty of seating for group dining. I didn't make it to the on-site pool. I highly recommend this place. Host was quick to respond to any inquiries.

We loved it but it was very hard to get a hold of host for extra bedding and toilet paper and host didn’t have an accurate phone number. There was also a cockroach issue. Other than that we loved it. Lazy river is AWESOME!!

Sorry you had a hard time getting a hold of the office. The phone numbers for both during business hours and after hours were on your confirmation and arrival instructions. The initial condo set you closes two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Love the Dogwood Condos

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our family of 10. The condo was clean and spacious and we were not on top of each other. We all loved the pool. The only complaint is the people upstairs on the third floor had children that ran from one end of the condo to the other end, rode a bike or something all night long that was very noisy. Otherwise, we loved the Dogwood condo.

Amazing Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful condo. Very clean inside. Balcony was a little dirty but not terrible. This seems very new and not alot of decor. Could you use rugs in the bedrooms, a bit of echoing. Would have loved to have a small chair to sit on,on the smaller balconies. Kitchen was good. Would be helpful to have a regular coffee pot in addition and a crock pot, liquid measuring cups. esp. for families flying that can't bring those items. Be sure to bring floats for the lazy river. these are not included. It would be great to have mats or rugs at the doors. to help prevent sand and dirt from tracking in. Additional hooks in master bath for towels. very minor but would help.

We'll look into the balcony cleaning, adding rugs to help with the echo and comfort in the bedrooms, seating for the smaller balconies, and additional hooks in the master bath. We'll also pass along your thoughtful suggestions about a regular coffee pot, crock pot, and liquid measuring cups for families flying in, as well as door mats to help cut down on sand and dirt tracking inside — all great ideas. And thank you for the heads-up about the lazy river floats not being included; that's a helpful tip for future guests too! Our place was awesome! We loved the pools and lazy river and there were some restaurants and an arcade near by. It was close to a lot of fun places. The condo was beautiful and met all of our expectations!! Thank you!!

New condo that beautifully designed. The layout was perfect for our family and friends. Two sofas and two chairs in the living room made for plenty of seating. The lazy river was one of our favorite amenities. Would definitely book again.
