We are very sorry for the issues you experienced, especially with the blinds, lighting, bunk room mold, and the uncomfortable pullout couch, as well as the lack of follow-up on the reported concerns. Hello Manuel, thank you for your review and feedback. We deeply apologize if we missed the mark on customer service. We do have several ways guest can contact us, whether by text, phone call, or secure messages. Unfortunately we did not receive any texts for you, so we do hope you have our number correctly. We are sorry your reservation was after a hurricane that made our beautiful area lose internet and cable for a little over 5 days. Because this is such a great location, we do get a lot of guests, which means a lot of up-keep and wear and tear. We are currently working with the management team to get items replaced. We do apologize again for the property not being ready for your reservation. We sincerely hope you choose to stay with us again so we can show you the definition of a true 5-star stay. We will certainly take a look at the carpet in the doorways and the sofas and will work with the owner to make any improvements. We are happy to report that the water by the AC vent above the dining table was just condensation and that the microwave handle has been repaired. We apologize for any confusion over parking in the neighborhood. This property does allow for a maximum of two cars and that information is reflected on our listing.
