Private, fenced Patio with peaceful fountain, huge trees and Weber BBQ. Modern Kitchen. Bath with Double Vanity and Granite counter top. 1 comfortable King size bed. The second bedroom has a Murphy Bed and a desk. In-unit washer and dryer. 40' flat screen TV with DVD. Walk a few steps to a Day Spa and Beauty Salon. We enjoyed our stay. It’s close to several hikes, grocery stores and restaurants. The place is very clean which is of utmost importance to me! The kitchen is well stocked and we liked having a washer and dryer. The courtyard is private. I’d encourage y’all to stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

This property is in an excellent location with easy access to downtown shopping, grocery stores and other tourist attractions. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the bed was very nice and the kitchen well equipped. The courtyard is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the area and if traveling with your dog and the restaurant across the road (Golden Goose) had a delicious breakfast and nice patio to enjoy. Brad was very easy to work with and communicated well. He included a Red Rock park pass but we couldn’t use it because dogs are prohibited in the park, however we enjoyed Slide rock state park, some local hikes and a wonderful jeep tour with AZ Safari Jeep tours. Highly recommend this property and would stay again if visiting Sedona.

Brad was very helpful. Location is a great spot to get anywhere around Sedona. Clean, comfortable, everything you could need. Close to (walking distance) grocery store, and 3 or 4 pretty god restaurants. We had a great time and will be coming back for sure. 10/10 recommend

Very clean spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a small fenced yard with BBQ, patio, parking. It even has a doggy door. On a side street in quiet neighborhood but very close to all shopping, amenities and public pool. We loved our stay, definetly recommend it!
