True to its name, you will observe a spectacular sundown from every spot of the villa every day as the entire villa faces the bay (West/Southwest). The villa is located within 80 meters of the shoreline and has two entrances; guests can access either from the street above or below. The town square, harbor, and public beach are only within 5-10 minutes walking distance! In addition, the best beach clubs in Kalkan are around the corner, including Zest Beach Club, Palm Beach Club & Denizim Beach Club (5-6 minute walk).
