Enjoy a warm, cozy fire and watch Cable TV or your favorite DVD on the 32-inch flat screen TV. The Master Bedroom has a queen bedroom set, the hardwoods of which were imported from Australia. Kids just love the twin bunk alcove room with an extra closet and doors that close for privacy. Extra guests can enjoy the queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has been upgraded with tile countertops/flooring and stainless steel appliances. Everything you need is here to fix a family meal or make a quick snack on-the-go.

This charming clean and well-maintained one bedroom/one bath condo is furnished with mountain & pine decor, giving you the comfort & warmth of mountain-style living. Perfect for a family of 4 to 6, this condo is centrally located in Mammoth Lakes, right next to the Sierra Star Golf Course and within walking distance of The Minaret Shopping Center. Located on Meridian Blvd, It is an easy drive to Eagle Lodge or you can take the free Green Line Shuttle located across the street, which takes you straight up to the Mountain.

Situated in a park-like setting, fragrant tall pine trees surround the Sunshine Village complex. Enjoy a stroll around the complex, play a little tennis or enjoy a dip in the pool or Jacuzzi, there are amenities to keep you busy in every season.

Better than expected.

It was clean. It has a very nice kitchen, a wood burning fireplace. It did not not quite have 2 bedrooms though. The room with bunk beds is more of a closet and the master bedroom is quite nice. No washer or dryer. It has a very good price for what it has.

Comfy and homey !

We loved our stay at Rob's place. It was truly a home away from home. The unit was spacious with beautiful decors and had everything we needed for a very clean and comfortable stay. We would definitely rent it again in the future.

Comfortable condo in great location

For the price, this is a great place to stay for a family of 4. The communication with the owner was excellent. He sent a very detailed email in advance of arrival and was in constant contact to make sure everything went well. Upon arrival, the condo smelled really good (odd, I know, but everyone in our family commented on it; something we've never noticed with any other rental). The condo was also very clean. The condo is a one-bedroom / one-bath condo with an alcove with twin bunks. The bedroom has a queen bed that is pretty comfortable. The twin mattresses in the bunks are very hard, something I noted to the owner and that he's said he'll be upgrading. The living room is fairly large and spacious, which was nice. The kitchen was basic but functional. It could use some measuring spoons and ice trays in the freezer, but otherwise worked for us for breakfast (we eat out lunches and dinners). The condo is relatively quiet, which can be an issue. We did notice the footsteps from the upstairs' condo, but it was otherwise very quiet. The condo is in an excellent location. It is very close to Vons and main street as well as not far from the village or Canyon. Overall for the price, it was a nice condo.
