The open living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and direct access to the terrace and infinity pool through large sliding doors. Ceiling fans and air conditioning ensure a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day.

The villa has three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with high-quality linens. The master bedroom features an extra-long king-size bed (180 x 210 cm), a flat-screen TV, direct pool access, and a private en-suite bathroom with rain shower, sink, and toilet. The two guest bedrooms each have double beds (convertible to twins) and share a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

The fully equipped open kitchen with island and breakfast bar is a central gathering space. It includes an induction cooktop, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, Philips espresso machine, air fryer, and ice maker. Whether you’re cooking or dining, the sea view is ever-present.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
