Bienvenido a Kihei fincas de jardín y su hogar lejos de casa! Nuestra unidad de planta baja ha sido completamente renovado! Pintura nueva, muebles nuevos, decoración, granito etc. Si quieres la mejor ubicación transitable en Kihei, ¡esto es todo! ¡Los mejores restaurantes y bares están aquí! Esta unidad particular también se encuentra en la mejor y más tranquila ubicación de la propiedad ya solo unos pasos de la playa.

Esta es una unidad completamente renovada de 1 dormitorio, 1 baño y cocina abierta. Todo, desde los electrodomésticos hasta el cuarto de baño es nuevo. Toda la unidad se ha actualizado de electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable al granito encimeras a pisos de bambú a un paseo en la ducha. Nuestra unidad es de tamaño típico para un dormitorio en Kihei. Es muy limpio y acogedor y está decorado en estilo isleño. Esta unidad está pintada con colores neutros y es una unidad muy acogedor y cómodo - totalmente amueblado. Es espacioso, con grandes ventanas que se abren a la terraza.

El océano y la playa están a pocos pasos de la puerta principal desde el que se puede ver increíblemente hermosas puestas de sol. Nuestra playa es ideal para correr, caminar, pasear, hacer kayak, practicar remo, kitesurf, ver puestas de sol y amaneceres. También estamos a muy poca distancia a pie de muy populares bares, tiendas y restaurantes. Esta es una propiedad muy bien mantenido y un complejo turístico muy tranquilo, lo que permitirá una gran vacaciones y la paz de la mente.

Tendrá fabulosos alojamientos con una nueva unidad de aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, televisores, reproductores de DVD, bicicletas, equipo de playa, WiFi, televisión por cable, música y una cocina totalmente equipada. Además de tu primera taza de café de la mañana!

Esta planta baja, 1 dormitorio, 1 baño tiene una bonita sala de estar y una gran puerta corredera de vidrio que da a la fabulosa área de lanai. Podrá disfrutar de una amplia zona de césped, palmeras y el dulce aroma de flores frescas. Estamos a unos pasos de las zonas de piscina, jacuzzi y barbacoa. Disfrute de una comida o un cóctel en la terraza. Reserva con nosotros y tener unas vacaciones inolvidables !!

That lace was nice we just had one issue. The place was not clean prior to our arrival but the host and cleaner rectified the issue.. the host aid for our breakfast the next morning while they came and cleaned. Great location!!!

A great stay in Kihei

The condo was exactly as pictured in the photos - comfortable and beautifully decorated and appointed. It was clean and well-stocked with supplies. The owners were easy to deal with and responded very quickly to inquiries. The complex is quiet, with excellent facilities and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and just a short stroll to a lovely walking beach.

Great location!

This is literally located across the street from the beach with lots if sandy dunes to sit on and watch the sun go down. Lots of shopping and great restaurants and food trucks nearby. The owner has thought about every detail and supplied everything you could possibly need. The initial email regarding check in was a little overwhelming with the number of “don’t…” but I’m guessing they’ve been burned in the past.

Great Location

Condo was plenty big for myself and my spouse. The proximity to the pool and out door grills was very convenient. The grounds are very well kept and provided plenty opportunity to sit out on the lanai. Mike and Denise are very responsive with any questions and are very accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and would for sure stay at this condo again.

Awesome location, right next to the beach. Very close to shopping centers. Comfortable bed and tons of amenities. Check the cabinets before you go shopping for things like sunblock, bug spray, etc- it’s all there!!! Walk-in shower was awesome/convenient. Really enjoyed this gem of a property!

Wonderful Anniversary Vacation Rental

We stayed with Mike and Denise on an anniversary trip to Maui. Their property was located in a good area by shopping and beaches, clean, and had several convenient amenities. We used the kitchen to make breakfast every morning before heading out to the beach. We were also able to use their towels and beach supplies. And the lanai was beautiful and had a great view! I would definitely recommend staying with them!

Great location and quiet.

Overal very happy with the condo and location. Didn’t have an iron (purchased one myself) to go with the ironing board. Didn’t have all the equipment as advertised ( body boards, snorkeling gear…), and bike tires we flat and never held air. Any issues we had were not an issue in the big picture with location and property grounds, the condo was a great value and would stay again.

Exceptional location, very comfortable space

We have spent January (5-30) in Kihei for the last two years. Kihei Garden Estates is a wonderful location for us with lots of reasonably priced and tasty restaurants, the food truck park, shops, and a grocery store within walking distance. We also appreciated being able to walk to the beach, the Kihei Aquatic Center, and the tennis courts at Kamaole 3. We use the Kihei bus too with stops just 5 minutes away. The unit was very clean and well appointed with a smart tv, comfortable couch, 2 chairs, breakfast bar, and sturdy outdoor furniture. Also happy to report that the Internet worked well. The laundry room was conveniently located just a few steps outside the front door and the machines did a good job. The AC was nice to have, but we never needed to use it during our stay. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The place needs serious update. The bed was soft and the springs hurt us. There are small bugs and dusty fans, table, lamps. Needs a deep clean. Not sure why they charge cleaning charge if the place is not clean. Overall needs to be updated and clean.

The bed is a brand new medium-firm bed with a 2 inch topper on it. We have been told by several guests how comfortable it is. See more reviews on AirBnb. We have a brand new, very nice sofa bed and new casual chair in the living room. We also put in a new lanai set. The place is kept very clean and has bamboo floors, granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, celing fans, a walk-in shower, 2 ACS, nice furniture and art and stainless appliances. We put in a new bathroom vanity mirror and faucet. The location is amazing with the beach/ocean out the front door and the pool/hot tub out the back door. It's a 3 minute walk to a nice restaurant and happy hour. A grocery store and more bars and restaurants only a few minute's walk. We do not have bugs in our unit. Yes, little ghost ants may infrequently come in, but we definitely do not have bugs. The place is cleaned after every departure. There will always be a little dust even after they clean given we are on an island close to the beach. We offer clean and comfortable accommodations and have very happy guests, but we also understand we cannot please everyone. If you want a great place to stay walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants and for a reasonable price, this is it. Thank you for looking!

It really is a perfect location!

Prior to arriving, I felt the owner was exaggerating about how great the location was. However, now that we have stayed there, I totally agree. This area of Kihei is a bit quieter but has all the amenities we needed within a short walk (groceries, drug store, great restaurants and coffee bars). Best of all, it was a half block from a hidden gem of Maui, the Lipoa Street beach. Wow! We could walk endlessly in either direction on quiet, pristine beach. It was lovely! The condo was fastidiously clean, well stocked with an arrival treat basket, extra towels and great shower supplies. The property is well-managed with a clean good-sized pool and hot tub. We sat on the lanai and talked about how much we look forward to returning. We would stay here again, only next time for much longer. Mahalo for sharing your condo with us!

Overall, we had a really great stay here in this condo. Checking in was very easy, the condo was clean apart from dusting in the hard to see areas. We loved the easy ground level access to the pool and BBQ areas and utilized the back patio a lot. We were very grateful for the beach accessories that the condo had, we didn't have to rent anything for the entire stay so that was awesome. Normal wear and tear on them, which we expected so still very grateful to have use of that. The beds in the condo were very, very uncomfortable. This would be the number 1 reason for not coming back to this place. Both the main bedroom and the sleeper sofa need an upgrade. Location was great, we walked to some restaurants and little shops and to the beach quite a bit. Overall, a great stay for the trip we had.

In January 2022, we replaced the Sleep Number with a brand new medium-firm, individually coiled, queen-sized bed. As of 3/15/22, we have a brand new sleeper sofa with a 5-in gel/memory foam mattress. We hope this will provide better comfort for our guests. We appreciate our guests recommendations and comments.

Nice but not spectacular

This condo is nice but not spectacular. The pictures make it look much bigger than it actually is. The kitchen was fully stocked. We booked this condo because of the bikes. Unfortunately we did not know that the owners do not guarantee the condition of the bikes and they were not road worthy. Since they take up so much room in the small bedroom I suggest that they be removed. The condo had some maintenance issues while there, the large ottoman was badly ripped, the shower had poor drainage and the cleaning lady could had done a better job. The owners did offer to have her come back but we were already unpacked. As said by others the bedroom gets very hot and due to the homeless people in the area we were uncomfortable keeping the windows open at night.

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable unit located on the quiet side of the property. Many guests enjoy it and and come back year after year. The pool, hot tub and grills are conveniently located a very short distance from our nice, relaxing, garden lanai. This complex is in a great location, is centrally located and is within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, bars and shopping. This unit is excellently maintained and our maid service ensures it is always clean and ready for our guests. Any issues that might come up are taken care of as soon as they come to our attention. Maintenance issues, such as a clogged drain, come up from time to time and they are fixed as soon as they are brought to our attention. A new piece of furniture was already on order and guests had already been informed upon arrival. There is a new air conditioner in the unit and there are ceiling fans in each room to keep the place cool. The unit is 640 SF as stated on the website. Our websites provide all information about the unit. Of course, questions are always welcome.

Needs Minor Upgrades

Knowing nothing about Maui, our overall impression of the condo and location was a very happy accident on our part. A short half-hour drive from the Kahului Airport, the condo was located about a half-block from beach access, which allowed for many viewings of spectacular sunsets and leisurely walks on the beach. We were also pleasantly surprised that it was within walking distance of two grocery stores, multiple restaurants and bars, parks and other amenities that we visited daily. The condo remarkable stays cool during the daytime, which only required our turning on AC for evening and night time needs. Unfortunately, the AC doesn't reach the bedroom (located near the front of the condo) so we had to employ a box fan to cool that room in order to sleep comfortably at night. The large ottoman pictured in the main photo was missing, replaced by two small square footstools. The bicycles were located in the main living room near the sliding doors to the patio. We discovered that one of the bikes had a flat tire, so no riding for us while we were there. (To the owner's credit, they did state they would reimburse if service was needed on the bikes.) The cookware, prominently displayed in the galley kitchen, needs to be replaced. Most were rusting, burnt or scraped beyond use. The kitchen appliances seemed relatively new and were in good working order. I was pleasantly surprised to find a professional hair dryer in the bathroom, as my husband convinced me to leave mine at home. We were somewhat dismayed that the condo association did not provide recycling options - everything went into the garbage dumpsters. Plenty of door keys are provided, just make sure you pick the one with the CVS mini membership card on it that comes in hand for discounts at the Longs Drugs store. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo and would definitely rebook with the owners.

We were made aware that we needed new pots and pans. Therefore, new copper pots and pans in addition to new glassware and other items have been restocked. The new AC in the bedroom will be installed this month.

Fun vacation rental

This property was clean and was in close proximity to many attractions and popular beaches. Was nice that they had several items for use for outings (bikes, beach chairs, etc).

This place was so beautiful and cozy. We came here for our wedding/honeymoon and it was the perfect place for us with an amazing beach access and such wonderful hosts! Definitely would come here again

Short stay

This location was nice, but the pictures seemed better than the location. The overall property was dated and the couch pullout was uncomfortable. Location was great… easy access to everything. Parking convenient. Hosts were attentive and communicated well. Loved the amenities and gift basket. Overall, nice stay with opportunity for slight improvements.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Perfect location. Close to beach and easy walking to restaurants. Everything was clean and the welcome basket with coffee and snacks was a very nice plus. Especially the coffee when the time change makes us wake up wide awake at 3 a.m. 😊

Maui is one of the top vacation destinations in the world. We love the warm climate and we love everything Maui has to offer. This property is excellently maintained and managed. It is quaint and quiet with a heated pool and large hot tub. An outdoor kitchen facility with BBQs is a plus. This property is in a great location close to a lot of nice bars, restaurants and shopping and the beach and ocean are just across our quiet street. You can't ask for more than that.

This location provides easy access to the major highways and it's easy to get in and out of Kihei from our location. Whether it's a trip to Lahaina, Hana or Wailea, the highways are in very close proximity and you don't have to deal with the hustle and bustle of the congested South Kihei Road. This property has one of the only hot tubs in Kihei. Very few properties have hot tubs. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and are maintained daily. They are just steps from our lanai. In addition, tennis courts are located just down the street. Waiohuli Beach, which extends for miles is a wonderful beach for strolling, kayaking, running, kite surfing, windsurfing or for simply watching the sunset. We are within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Urgent care and a grocery store is just around the corner. Everything we need is there and everything we want is there and everything is available for the use of our guests. We also provide secured WiFi.
