Be among the first to stay in our newly built modern home. Nestled in an exclusive new Corvallis development, this residence offers high-end finishes, all-new furnishings, and a spacious, light-filled layout designed for effortless living.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is stocked for everything from relaxed mornings to elevated home dining, while lightning-fast Wi-Fi supports seamless remote work and streaming.

For laid-back evenings, kick back while viewing your favorite movie on a large 75-inch LG 4K TV or enjoy our selection of available board games —perfect for unwinding with family or friends.

Each bedroom features:
-blackout shades for restful, uninterrupted sleep
-built-in charging port compatible with multiple device types (charging cables not included),

Exterior security cameras are present- one in front of the home, one in the back of the home, and one in the garage (a non-dwelling area). A Ring doorbell camera is present as well. Free curbside parking is available in front of the home. Garage use is optional and available only upon request.

The home is conveniently situated near shopping, dining, healthcare, and local attractions, making it easy to get around Corvallis with short, stress-free drives to key destinations.

Please place all trash in provided garbage bags and put them into the garage bin (dark gray) downstairs in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love animals, but this is a pet-free home due to homeowner allergies. Deep cleaning fee applies if pet fur makes an appearance.
Our floors like feet! This is a shoe-free home and we provide complimentary slippers.
