Summary:

Super fun retro beach style home. Very large 3 levels, 3000+ sq feet. Less than 1 block to beach, 4 bedr/4 bath sleeps 17 up to 18 ok.

Well stocked, spacious & classic for your next amazing family vacation or reunion. Large open fully equipped kitchen, lots of space + BBQ grill. - New Pool

Multi level for privacy, sunken Tiki Bar (yahoo!) pool table.

Walk to dozens of bars & restaurants - super convenient! Please read all house rules prior to booking



Other Things to Note:

While pool can be heated, it does have a charge of $25 per day not included in the pricing. Simply let us know at least 24 hours prior to arrival you desire to have us turn on the heater. Please note: When weather is 60 degrees or less it is unlikely pool will properly heat, FYI. We do require if you choose to heat pool it is turned on for entire stay.
