This Spacious 4-Bedroom, 4.5-Bath Retreat comfortably Sleeps up to 10 Guests and is designed for families or groups looking for comfort, style, and an unbeatable island location.
The home features comfortable furnishings, first-class beds, and luxury linens, creating a relaxed yet upscale coastal atmosphere. The beach is just a short one-minute walk away, while the Shores' community park and Olympic-size Swimming Pool are directly across the street, making it easy to enjoy both sand and resort-style fun. From the yard, guests can even enjoy the seasonal fireworks lighting up the bay and beach, adding a magical island touch to your evenings.

I just wanted to share what a fantastic time we had staying at this place! The location is excellent, nestled in a secure gated community, and the house itself is wonderful. We loved the layout—spacious and very efficient. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for our needs.One of the best features was the huge balcony, stretching along two long sides, offering an amazing view. Our only wish was that there were more hairdryers available in each room. We also had a minor hiccup on the first night when the A/C stopped working due to water in the unit's tray triggering an auto shutoff, but it didn’t dampen our overall experience.The realtor was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to our concerns. Checking in and out was smooth and easy, making the whole trip stress-free. We will definitely stay here again if we return to South Padre!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful custom beach house in The Shores Subdivision. The property was exactly as described — spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, it easily accommodated our group of 8, and everyone enjoyed the privacy and comfort.The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, the common areas were bright and inviting, and the outdoor spaces made our stay even more enjoyable.Mr. Franke was an outstanding host — attentive, professional, and always available to answer our questions. His hospitality made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We highly recommend this property and would be happy to return in the future.

Amazing property for large groups. This particular property is steps from the beautiful pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Its on the north end of the beach which is a lot less populated than the other end and we enjoyed that. There is a free shuttle that will cart you around the property. We all had our bedroom and bathroom and the living area is a good size and very comfortable. We have finally found the beach house that suits our needs for our annual family SPI trip and will definitely try to get this property again next summer. Highly recommend for large groups!

Wonderful stay

We had a very relaxing vacation and the house was amaZing! The pool is right across the street and the beach is close. The golf cart shuttle was a plus!

Amazing property

We loved this house! It was my birthday so my husband and I got the house and our kids and grandkids came. We cooked, went to the beach, played games. I even brought supplies to teach my granddaughters how to make some jewelry. It was such a great time with my family. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great house and location

I came here with a bunch of friends and family. There was 7 of us and the house was very nice and spacious. The house is at the nicer end of the island and the beach and pool was very nice. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. The description said all bedrooms had a TV which wasn't true, only the 2 king bedrooms. My only complaint which isn't a deal breaker was the minimal seating outside. They have a lovely wraparound porch upstairs but not enough to accommodate everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Short Trip with family

My family and I stayed here on Easter weekend and we all had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, spacious and the beds were all comfortable. We are definitely planning to stay here again.
