Property was fantastic. Great community with ample things like a pool, basketball, putting green etc. Liked it was out of the hustle and bustle of the busier part of the island. Easy access to the beach. Great property with plenty of space and equipped well for cooking and hanging out. Great option to consider for South Padre

Beautiful house and property. House has everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. Having a bathroom with every bedroom was so convenient with our large group. A few changes would have made the experience perfect. Recommend adding additional furniture outside for seating, including more than one set of pickle ball racquets and most importantly having a few sets of beach chairs to use. Since the beach is private, there aren’t any options at the beach.

Amazing property

We loved this house! It was my birthday so my husband and I got the house and our kids and grandkids came. We cooked, went to the beach, played games. I even brought supplies to teach my granddaughters how to make some jewelry. It was such a great time with my family. We hope to stay here again next year!

Amazing property for large groups. This particular property is steps from the beautiful pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Its on the north end of the beach which is a lot less populated than the other end and we enjoyed that. There is a free shuttle that will cart you around the property. We all had our bedroom and bathroom and the living area is a good size and very comfortable. We have finally found the beach house that suits our needs for our annual family SPI trip and will definitely try to get this property again next summer. Highly recommend for large groups!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful custom beach house in The Shores Subdivision. The property was exactly as described — spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, it easily accommodated our group of 8, and everyone enjoyed the privacy and comfort. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, the common areas were bright and inviting, and the outdoor spaces made our stay even more enjoyable.Mr. Franke was an outstanding host — attentive, professional, and always available to answer our questions. His hospitality made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We highly recommend this property and would be happy to return in the future.

Great house and location

I came here with a bunch of friends and family. There was 7 of us and the house was very nice and spacious. The house is at the nicer end of the island and the beach and pool was very nice. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. The description said all bedrooms had a TV which wasn't true, only the 2 king bedrooms. My only complaint which isn't a deal breaker was the minimal seating outside. They have a lovely wraparound porch upstairs but not enough to accommodate everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

I just wanted to share what a fantastic time we had staying at this place! The location is excellent, nestled in a secure gated community, and the house itself is wonderful. We loved the layout—spacious and very efficient. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for our needs. One of the best features was the huge balcony, stretching along two long sides, offering an amazing view. Our only wish was that there were more hairdryers available in each room. We also had a minor hiccup on the first night when the A/C stopped working due to water in the unit's tray triggering an auto shutoff, but it didn’t dampen our overall experience. The realtor was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to our concerns. Checking in and out was smooth and easy, making the whole trip stress-free. We will definitely stay here again if we return to South Padre!

Here's a polished review you can use:We had a wonderful stay at The Shores house. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and even better than the photos. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation, from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of amenities for enjoying our time either by the pool or going to the beach. The location was perfect—close to the beach and convenient to local restaurants and shops, while still feeling peaceful and private. We especially appreciated how easy it was to access everything we wanted to do during our stay.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we would gladly return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped beach getaway in a fantastic location.
