From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the difference: a long, private approach, a wraparound porch that seems to float over the treetops, and year-round lake and mountain views that follow you from room to room.

Outdoor living, elevated

The front deck is the main event. Right off the living room and kitchen, you’ll find a lake-facing hot tub, a barrel sauna, and a cozy outdoor lounge anchored by a propane fireplace—the perfect spot for sunset cocktails, morning coffee, or an après-ski-style wind-down. There’s also a dining table for six, so meals can be served with a view that never gets old.

Down in the yard, the vibe shifts to classic Finger Lakes magic: a custom firepit with 10 Adirondack chairs under string lights for s’mores and late-night conversations, plus a swing pergola with two egg chairs that practically begs you to slow down and stay a while.

Inside, the chalet leans into mountain-luxe: massive exposed beams, a custom log staircase, and towering floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the lake like living artwork. The living room is bright and comfortable with a plush sofa, accent chairs, an electric fireplace, and a 55” Smart TV—ideal for cozy nights after a day of exploring.

The open-concept kitchen and dining area is designed for real group trips. You’ll have a large table for eight, plus four bar stools at the island for snacks, wine pours, and conversation while someone cooks. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals, and the coffee bar is a guest favorite: Keurig Duo (drip + K-cups), a French press, and complimentary coffee/tea extras to start your mornings right.

A dedicated desk beneath the staircase gives you a quiet spot to check in on work—if you must.

Parking:

You’ll have ample parking options: up to 5 vehicles can park at the upper level, and there’s also a lower flat parking area near the main road for 2–3 vehicles if preferred. 4WD is highly recommended in the winter months.

You’re minutes from the charm of Naples, NY—think coffee shops, small-town character, and quick access to local wineries and breweries. For bigger grocery runs and more dining options, Canandaigua is about 20 minutes away (including stores like Walmart and other essentials). This is a perfect home base for lake days, tastings, and scenic drives through vineyard country.
