Overlooking Keuka Lake in Branchport, this three-bedroom, three-bath lakefront home offers 80 feet of private shoreline, a dock with boat hoist, hot tub, and panoramic water and hillside views. Its location on Keuka Lake’s west side places guests near Finger Lakes wineries, Penn Yan, and Keuka Lake State Park.

The home is designed for relaxed lakefront living. Prepare meals in the full kitchen, gather around the dining table, unwind in the hot tub, or spend the day swimming and boating from the private waterfront. One bedroom opens to a lake-view porch, while the living and dining areas provide additional space for families and friends to gather.

Guest access:



Guests may use the entire home except for two locked owner closets. Parking is available for one vehicle in front of the house and two vehicles across the street. A personal vehicle is recommended; Uber availability and operating hours may vary.



Important information:



* The property is not pet-friendly.

* No kayaks are provided.

* Before docking a boat, guests must photograph the dock and send the images through Airbnb or Vrbo chat with the required dock-condition statement.

* The refrigerator’s ice maker and water dispenser are not operational.

* The home uses a septic system; only appropriate materials may be placed in toilets and drains.

* Exterior cameras monitor the entryway and driveway. There are no cameras inside.

* Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted.

* The gas grill and tanks are provided, but propane is not supplied or monitored. Refills are available at 1 West Lake Road in Branchport.

* Early check-ins and late checkouts are not available.

* Please respect the surrounding residential neighborhood.



Complimentary starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, K-cups, creamer, sugar, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and garbage bags.

Great spot on the lake to spend a long weekend. Have spent my whole life coming to Keuka and this is our favorite area on the lake. House was as described in listing, it was clean enough to feel comfortable, but is in noticeable need of a real deep clean. We stayed with two couples, two infants and grandma - worked out great. Would return.

We had a relaxing and comfortable stay at this property. Property management was very attentive to questions and responded promptly. The TV situation was a bit confusing, and although we did understand that we needed to log into our own streaming apps, live network TV was a bit difficult. Sometimes we were able to view live network TV, and other times not at all. Perhaps the house manual can be updated to provide clear instruction. The property is conveniently located within short distance to shopping and restaurants, and, most importantly, the lake view was absolutely breathtaking and therapeutic.

Spacious house on beautiful Keuka Lake.

House is set on beautiful Keuka Lake and the views are spectacular. Beds are comfy and the house is spacious with all amenities. The hot tub is a huge plus especially for a fall couples weekend. Convenient location to Hammondsport, Penn Yan and many wineries. Would definitely book this house again! We loved it.

Perfect get away

Very roomy and great for 3 couples traveling to Penn Yan for a long wedding weekend. Having a 3rd full bathroom on first level was very convenient. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, paddle boards, lily pad, pool noodles etc. Easy check-in. Would definitely stay here again.

Favorite Keuka Lake stay

We loved our time at this cottage on the lake! Bedrooms are comfortable, it’s clean, and very well appointed. We’ve stayed in the past, and love the updates the new owners made (like AC in the bedrooms!). Lake entry is perfect for children. Well situated within a short drive to grocery and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Peaceful oasis

Property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Stayed for six days. Home had well equipped kitchen which made making meals easy. Beautiful panoramic view of keuka lake from most rooms in house. Five stairs and an outside ramp leads you to front door and bedroom level of home. Making it easy to unpack with little effort. Downstairs of home has large living room and kitchen. Comfortable seating and great view of lake. Minor issue was rapidly responded to by owner and resolved. Looking forward to a summer rental!

Great property. Awesome service

The property is great. Overall experience is awesome. Couple minor things: outdoor grill got only half of the elements work. Also furnace is a little loud. Otherwise everything is beeter than i expected. Quality supplies and beds are cozy. Host is quick on messages and was very helpful.
