One of the biggest draws is how close it is to the water — the area is surrounded by saltwater canals, and you can literally walk to fish. For anyone who loves boating, kayaking, or simply being near the water, this location offers that authentic coastal lifestyle without the crowds.
Just minutes away, you can enjoy sunset views at Bayshore Live Oak Park — one of the most beautiful waterfront parks in the area. Lashley Marina and Fishermen’s Village are also nearby, offering boating access, waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and a vibrant harbor atmosphere.
